I know several people who have gotten calls from that number don't give any info to them they have a woman and a guy who will call you but they don't say your name, or who they work for its BS

These scammers won't quit calling my number I have turn them into FTC and FBI and local police do not give any info to this company

Why can't they say why they are calling when they leave a message ? Seems very rude to me. I do not return calls that have no reason left on message or exactly what company they work for.

I received the same call...this "David Wells" (former professional baseball player) did not reference my or any other member of my household's name, nor did he mention what company he was calling from or on behalf of. This is definitely NOT a legitimate company and is using trickery and intimidation (referencing supposed legal paperwork) to phish for information.

I recently received a call from this company in regards to a debt that was already paid 2 years ago.  They've been calling me incessantly for the past 2 weeks and leaving me several voicemails a day.  I got really agitated and decided to pay off the amount, which was very small.  But now I try to call them back to dispute the amount because I found bank records that show I did indeed pay off that amount, and no one picks up the phone nor is there a voicemail box option available.  The numbers they provided me will ring about 10 times before automatically hanging up.  DO NOT PROVIDE THEM WITH ANY OF YOUR INFORMATION! please don't make the same mistake I did.

These people are nuts. No msg. No names of who they are calling or the supposed debt is from. Every once in a while the phone # will change but it is the same msg. same name it to be from.

how do I block their no?  they are harrassing calls!

Both a woman and man have called. They have left no information as to who they are calling on behalf of. The man requested my address, to send a letter to me. FOR WHAT?! You can't even identify yourself...so it's not gonna happen.

Phishing company looking to try to acquire debts illegally. They are not a legitimate co. Thank you.

Caller "Amber Knight" doesn't say who she's leaving the message for. She doesn't say who she works for, just that there is paperwork on her desk that she is concerned i don't know the details about.she asks me to call so she can get my statement.

Someone named Amber Knight somehow got my cell phone which was unlisted and kept leaving messages without indicating who the call is for. She mentioned medical bills. I called and someone named Dominque answered and indicated that they were looking for me, even though I did not say my name. I told her I know nothing about a credit card and to stop calling.

I received several messages on my home phone number from these numbers: 757 296-0106; 757 296-0117; 540 369 3052. The people calling said they were Amber Knight and David Wells. They were from CKS Financial and attempting to collect a debt for someone named Jessica Wright. No one by that name lives in my house and I have no debt. What is concerning is that other posts on this site say they got on the credit report. I have perfect credit and I don't need this!

I too get calls from whoever this is.  Never states the company she is representing just says there are some legal matters that she has to ask me questions about.  I never answer the phone, it always goes to voice mail and the last four calls or so, she has said if she has reached the wrong number to call her anyway.  I really doubt if that will happen.  Such a scam.  And if indeed you owe a debt, the LAW says they can only contact you through the postal service

very rude people claiming to be a collection agency and will not give any documentation to prove that you owe the bill, only information is partial information about you. I tried to explain to them my purse had been stolen and i had to replace ssc and dl and closed checking account. they started to argue with me and finally i just hung up.

Never speak or call back and try to explain anything about your personal business to these scammers. They will use this against you. Have you heard of identity theft - as soon as you give out your ss#, personal banking information and other financial information - they will jack up your credit life forever. THINK BEFORE YOU RESPONSE!!!!

757-756-0106 is an Inside line at CKS Financial located in VA.  Call toll free 800-984-3711 to address  your problem or have your # removed. This is a collection agency.  The removed my # from their database. Someone who's been running up bad debt has been using my cell phone #.  OMG this has been going on for 6 months now. Getting calls from all kinds of collection agents because of this lady!

I received the same message from an Amber Knight, stating that she was looking at paperwork on her desk and concerned that I wasn't aware of the gravity of the situation. Said I should call and give a statement. Seems to me that if this was a credible organization, that they would have contacted me by mail. Never said who she was calling or the company she was calling from.
