Someone has called stating that there is a need for me to contact my attorney because a judgment has been filed and there is no such judgment.  I would like to know who this is so I can get them to cease calling.   It appears to be a scam.

Some place that only goes by Litigation, also the [***] that works there, acts all ignorant. It is a scam make them have a very bad day, be real nasty. I told them to get a real job.

These bottom feeders called the parents of my ex-fiance from 10yrs. ago.  Telling them I had a restraining order against me, and I had 48hrs. to call or they were taking me to court.  Who the hell are these people..Number one it is against the law to discuss any legal matters with a third party.  They say that are a legal group but they don't know the laws??????  I worked for a Credit Bureau, and that was one of the first things I learned.  I am calling the FTC These people are bottom feeders and can't find real jobs.

Ha ha ha!  I got the same phone call!!

Ok Who is Global Legal Group and why are they  calling my mom's phone. I would like for this to stop right away.

I have also been receiving calls from this number.  I spoke to a lady named Heidi and thankfully I am only out $166.83.  I am working on getting that back but at least i didn't pay the full $1,097 that they requested for a payday loan and that there is criminal suit being filed.  I have credited this as a scam and am pressing forward with legal action by disputing the fraud thru my bank!

yeah all these scums should take a very long walk off a short pier with a block around their necks..sorry but that is how I feel.  some of us try and try to find a decent job, but these scums get jobs so they can scam people out of money.  Why don't they just go stand outside a 7/11 and beg..that would be better.

So I get this call from Ranee Rollings ( ? ), special investigator. It's for my nephew who I haven't seen in at least six months. The thing is, he has a cell phone, why call me? She made the mistake of calling me at 6:06 AM last week and before she had the time to spill her swill I broke it off in her! She called back later with all the pertinent info and her little heart felt " Good luck with this matter".

Just received this message today from"Miss Jones" at 757-301-4745.  Stated I had a complaint filed against me and that I needed to respond in order to avoid a restraining order and court proceedings.  Told me to forward the info to my lawyer.  Also had received something in the past and was told, "Best to luck to you in this matter and do not ignore because I would not want to deal with the consequences"  I consider that a threat!!  I figured it was a scam of some sort.

A friend of mine received a phone call from a Debbie Carter at 757-301-4745 in reference to a restraining order and court action against me for an unpaid payday loan. I may be wrong but I was able to work things out in order to pay them off. Apparently one company oversees approximately 50 payday loan companies. So the parent company submitted the paperwork to this Global Legal company.

i got a message on my vm that is automated and doesnt even indentify myself.  This was from Rene Rowlings and he threatened me with a lawsuit and restraining order if I didnt call back in 24-48 hours. The number he left 7573014745. What a joke...I will call FTC...do not call these people back if you get a call

I keep getting a call from 757-301-4745 and 704-464-0168 stating I owe for a payday loan that I took out online, which I have NEVER done!  I know the rules and I put them in their place...they are busted because its the same people changing the name of the company and the amount I owe, just not their names!  Legal Processing Solutions and Global Legal Group...nothing comes up for either!  THIS IS A BIG SCAM!!!!!!!!!!

Calling family and friends lying about being a special investigator calling on a restraining order for a car accident????

My nephew called me in a panic,playing the v.m. For me.it said that theres a restraining order for me do to a legal issue.I called 3 times was put on hold,waited 10mins and hung up. After I had time to think I relized why did they call him? Why did they leave info with him? Itsa persnal   business matter...my husband also reminded me that ive gotten the call before internet loan, which they had no info on and 2 were they yelled and threatend me,my husband took the phone and yelled back obe hung up another threatened to come here and take me.my husband in true"ca" style said bring it &afew wrdstht im 2much of a lady to say... Well were still waiting!!

this person called and stated I was going to have a restraining order against me and I needed to contact them I needed to show up in court..

Called my parent's home and left an urgent message today! Stated that I need to call asap, had a judgement and restraining order!  NOT TRUE!! ANOTHER SCAM!!

My bank got my $$ back....now this Scam company is calling again for breach of payment!!!  A lot of Nerve!!

Rec. call at work saying a special agent stating I need to call this number from Palm PA, when I asked what it was in reference to, he did not know... scam!!!!
