calls at all hours.  clicks when i answer.  can't call back.  anyone know how to be removed from their "list" or what it is even for?

I got down to the bottom of it.  

The number is for Educational Resources who solicits for Tidewater Tech in Norfolk, Va.

They do use an auto dialer, and unfortunately for them, they called me ... on a federal government cell phone.

I got to the bottom of it, and if you want to be removed, their number (direct to a person) is 757-853-0400.

While your at it, add them to YOUR sales list.

Everytime this number calls me they hang up

OMG thank you so much!!! I've been wondering who this was and everytime I call back no one answers. They call us 20 times a day. I called the 757-853-0400 and got to a person. I scared the lady half to death, told her I'd call the police for harassment and that if they call us one more time I was going to make a trip down there!! LOL!!!

Thanks, the number worked,federal government cell here.

I picked up my cell just because it was a local call, and I figured it could be a neighbor.
Is there a way to sue them? My number is on the donotcall list.

So done with this.  We have no affiliation with Tidewater Tech so what gives?

Got a call for 757-333-9634 today (3/23/10) at 3:05 p.m.  Don't know who is at this number??

I also got a call from 7573339634 and when i asked it clicked and hang up. Nobody there.,
there must be a reason calling us and not talking probably a computer calls and if we answer hangs up.that means line is active .
They may listen to us do do anyting you name it, there are technologies like that, are we suspected for some reason? do we have anything in common guys ? I came from another country 5 years ago, dual national.

Just got a call from this number this morning pretty early, hoping since it was local that it was my soon to be employer calling with a start date.  I almost swerved off the road trying to grab my phone and when I picked up, like everyone else mentioned, I was hung up on.

Got home, found this discussion page and called the other number to have me placed on the Do Not Call listing.  Thanks for the info!

They just called and I googled the #....and I found this thread. Thanks to the poster who let us know who was calling. I called and had my # removed. They asked me if I had ever applied for one of their schools but, of course, I hadn't.

Got this call and the person wanted to sign me up for an 18 month course. I asked to be removed and hung up.

I keep getting these calls on my cell phone.  I called and told them to take my name off their list as instructed in this blog.  They said they would do it.  However, I am still getting the calls!  Frustrating!!!
