This is a zombie bill collector. They buy very old credit card debt and try to collect beyond the Statue of limitations. This case was 10 years old. Name was Allied Credit Blah Blah Blah. They will threaten you with a turn over to an lawyer. Just a bluff. Tell em to take a hike.

This number (757) 392-2099 popped-up on television in the caller-i.d. box and said that it was a call from Chesapeake, Virginina, so I knew it must be a wrong number, but they left a message, The "lady" stated her name (may be fictious name for all I know) and said she was calling in regard to something inaudable, but said that she had a case number making it sound as if I was in some legal trouble and said that I must return her phone call and finished by saying that she "just wanted to make sure that I was made aware of this matter"...what?????.
