I never ordered service from Werner Communication.  I heard a recorded message that they were sorry they missed my call.

no body there when saying hello. number called me multiple times.

I got a call from this number multiple times and I could not attend it. When I called back, it just disconnects.

This number has called my cell phone multiple times over the past week or so.  They never leave a voice mail and no one answered the one time I actually answered the call.

I get calls from this number from Cox Communications when they are trying to get me to upgrade my service.

Yes I got the call from the above number saying that they are third party contractors for Cox Communication and they were trying to upgrade my plan. Are they autorized? But if you call them back no body is answering it. May be I should Call COX Comm and report them.

Calls everyday. I answered once. No one said anything from the other end. But they make sure to call every day at the same time.

Called just now. Don't plan on answering. That just confirms your number as working for sale to another.

I've answered a couple of time. No one ever responded. Line goes dead. Attempts to re-dial from another phone fail because the line instantly goes dead without even ringing. I get several calls a week. EXTREMELY ANNOYING!!!! If anyone knows anything about this please leave a comment.

I have received  phone calls from that number every day since Cox comunication contacted me to ask for upgrade the service. I refused and now I receive that phone call every day. I don't know if anybody has the same. Please share your story.

Every day.  Multiple Times.  Don't even use COX.

This number calls several times a day....and has been doing so for over a week! The caller ID says it is Belle Heaven. They never leave a message but I just called the number and I got a recording from Cox Communications which asked me to hold for the next available person. I hung up. I plan on calling Cox to let them know.

I turned down a Cox upgrade as well on the same number. I don't remember if the guy identified himself as Cox or not just knew that I had set up service with them. This number has now called me three times in a two day period. I blocked them.
