Calls and hangs up

another bunck of scum suckers....idiots don`t know yet i won`t be intimitated......sayes they are hired by fia card services [bank of america] bank of america took bail out money,wrote off the loan,now i don`t owe anything.....i`ll treat dominion law associates like i would any loan shark and it won`t be with respect...........

[***] called today didn`t leave message [ i had awsm. off]  dominion law assoc. also known as pender and cowards, pieces of [***] , debt collectors , if they call you TELL [don`t ask ] THEM DO NOT CALL OR MAKE ANY CONTACT WHAT SO EVER OR I WILL SUE YOU . if they do contact you get an attorney and sue them these [***] will try to harress you make you feel guilty so you will pay them to stop calling .you may have owed the credit card co, and they bought the debt ,hell thats their tough luck , that m akes them dummer than the credit card co.

Who are these people?  Are they legitimate or just trying to steal money?

This is a church and we keep getting phone calls and when we try to return the calls
we are always left on hold.  They say they are calling for someone by the name of .........Martin.
Can never make out first name.  We DON'T have a Martin here on staff and NO way of
making the phone calls stop!!!

Got a call a couple times this week from this number, no message. Called back, it was the law offices of dominion.

Keep getting calls from this number but no messages. Why can't they leave me alone?!!!

These people are constantly calling, we don't answer since we have great credit.  It's quite annoying, but joke's on them since we never answer.

Every day - calls calls calls - but never a message!!!! I don't get, if you owe most people money, they sure as h_ _ _ leave you a message!

Pender and Coward is legit. Dominion is primarily collection, but they are lawyers. They will sue if they think you have money or an income they can garnish. They do not purchase the accounts, they sue on behalf of the original creditors. If they know you don't have money they won't waste any time or money taking you to court.

If you don't answer, there should be a voice mail with instructions on how to get the number removed. If it is cumbersome, or you are on hold for a long time, file a complaint with the CFPB. if they divulge private info about you, keep the recording and see a consumer lawyer.

They are physically located in Virginia Beach.

They keep asking for someone who has never had this number.

It has gone on for 2.5 years now!

A couple of times they have asked for Personal Identification information, e.g., my birthdate, my SSN, etc. to "verify" that I am not the person they are seeking.

I have not provided the information.  I simply don't answer my phone now when this number comes up.  This feels like a criminal activity (identify theft) ring at this point.

Honestly, the ICC & FBI probably ought to be involved, and not just the local DA.
