On a letter I received saying I won an Android tablet with Wi-Fi, USB & Camera

It's a scam.  Don't bother calling.

Got a letter from 757-547-7607 stating they I'm going to receive an Android Touchpad Tablet Computer. And if I call now I'll also get  $100 Restaurant card.
Letter is from Don Deck, Franchise Owner, DB of Hampton Roads

IS this a SCAM? I got a letter too with same info.

So is it a means to get you in for a sales pitch?  Like the time share calls?

I too just got this letter, saying previous attempts to contact me have been unsuccessful and this is my final notice.

When I enter the address in a search, Direct Buy comes up, but not this phone number.

Yes, it is a DirectBuy of Hampton Roads sales pitch.  There is fine print on the back of the letter that explains the requirements and restrictions.  ...must attend a 90 minute presentation, couples must attend together, must be over 25 years old with income above $50,000.  All of the usual.  ...and good luck getting outta there in only 90 minutes with an Android and any of your own money left in your pocket or bank account.

Thanks for posting. Very helpful--pointing out the mousetype on the back of the letter. If I had enough money to afford any remodeling I wanted--so that I really did not need Direct Buy--and had a huge project pending--then I might shop there.

I got the letter and have already did the 90 minutes. Tablet is a cheap imitation that holds about 20 minutes of charge. $100.00 dollar gift card is a discount card for little known local restaurants.

I knew it was a scam.  Nothing is free in this time were in. I dont call any of these baiters. I buy my own stuff.

This is the same letter i received.  I will not call them  as your advice is spot on!

I, also, received a letter from Don Deck, Franchise Owner, DB of Hampton Roads. I was awarded an Android Touchpad Tablet Computer, at no charge, which was underlined?  Also, a complimentary $00 Restaurant card was included!  I called the number 547 7507 many times. with no answer?  Does anybody know what this is?  A scam?
