Got a call this week from yet another number claiming they were a legal firm and there was a lawsuit against me. told them I would give their name and number to my lawyer. filed a complaint with the FTC

left a nasty message at work claim legal firm  keeps harrasing me

left a nasty message on my voicemail and when i called back they told me i was under investigation for fraud for a payday loan! IVE NEVER had a payday loan!!! What [***]!

Call me claiming to be a law office and that they are filing charges against me but the office is a fraud and when I threaten to report them they hung up.  Disregard them and threaten a law suit against them and they will disconnect the call

Just recieved a call from this number claiming I was about to be arrested for banking fraud they said I couldnt have the information because it was a conflict of interest . I immediatly called the police who told me it was indeed a scam.

Don't fall into this trap.  It is definitley a "FRAUD"..when I told them that I reported these calls from 757-657-5062 to the Attorney Generals' Office they hung up and blocked my number.  I'm sure they want be calling my number no longer.

I got a call from a Kevin Johnson from this number threatening me.  He left a message stating to call him back or suffer the consequences.  I called back to see what it pertained to and they told me that I would be arrested at my job for fraud on a payday loan.  I never had a payday loan but with identify theft I was nervous.  They verified my email, date of birth, social security number and name of company I work for.  I contacted my lawyer immediately.  I hope who ever is doing this, gets in trouble.  It is so horrible that they are doing this to people.

I also got a call from them saying that they were a law firm andthe guy who answered said he had to transfer to the specialist and when he did it was the same guy who answered except using adiferent name and he was claiming thati had a lawsuit against me for check fraud from a loan I took out on Feb 24 and it is barely march 3 so the dumb ass needs to learn his math cause it would have been 1week and a day i would have had the loan and so that doesn't make any sense cause no judge would favor the person suing someone who barely had the loan for that long. I tried to ask him who was the loan company thatallegedly said I took out the loan and he would not tell me then got an attitude when Iwanted his information because Isaid that this was a scam and he went on about his company reputation if any one knows thewebsite for me to file on them please notify me I'm tired ofthese damn Indian motherf***ERS calling and trying to scam me when I am broke and don't have a job

calling my job & my cell two three tomes a day and leaving threating messages on the co main line phone. and whe you try calling back all you get is a bizzie signal.
