caller ID said VA phone, but Indian/Pakistani gentleman saying he was from US Treasury and I was in trouble and needed to call this number immediately so they could help me... buahahaha

Same thing. They will never call you. They will send you certified mailed!

called and said he was from the Treasury dept. told me that I was going to be arrested. Started asking questions and he hung up

Just received second call in last hour from Steve Martin (obviously picked up from an old TV show) who threatened I would be charged by the Treasury Dept. Why aren't "Do Not Call List" violations enforced and prosecuted?

Just received second call in last hour from Steve Martin, Indian accent, who threatened I would be charged by the Treasury Dept Legal Services.I asked to speak to his supervisor, but he said NO, said I had to go through a question answer protocol foirst..I declined and asked him to take me off his calling list and that it was a scam, he threatened me with stating that he knew my name , number and all my financial information and he could take all my money, and then he hung up

So called Steve Martin, thick Indian accent, left two messages on answering machine. Threaten "enforcement action". If  I ignored message threaten something about magistrate judge and grand jury. Accent so bad that I could not understand all  the words. Left this number to call back.

Considering Obama's history of traveling to Pakistan, maybe he hooked up one of his Muslim buddies  ( صديق) with this gig. I sure hope not.

This number showed up on my phone, answered and said hello and got the stupid spiel about IRS.  Said yeah right and hung up.

Hi, it's Steve Martin calling you from my office in India,  I am sending the IRS after you.  Oooh no!

Pretty much the same description as other comments below - VM left on answering machine, guy with a thick Indian/Pakistani accent threatening legal action if we do not cooperate. Left this 757 # but it is busy when you try to call.  Caller ID was 617-714-0762.  Hope he calls back so I can waste some of his time.  I usually thank them for contacting the FBI Fraud Hotline and ask when we can meet in person.

Got a VM from Aphu aka Steve Martin with same as above. Tried calling number to give Aphu a piece of my mind but phone call does not go through.

Same as everyone else has reported. Steve Martin foreign accent called 3 times this morning. I answered the first call and hung up. The other two were msgs on answering. He said he was from enforcement actions execution for Dept of Treasury.,,,

They say they are call because I owe money on 2011 taxes and they are notifying me. I asked them to send me something through the mail.

I also received two voicemails just this morning from Steve Martin today threatening action if I didn't return his calls.  I got the same voicemail as others have related.

Cáller said he was from the IRS, and that I owe back taxes , if not paid I would go to jail, warrant out for my rest had been issue,

Voice mail message says he was Steve Martin and he worked for the treasury dept and that we would be trouble. I knew was BS because he definitely didn't sound from this country

Called today 3 times near about the same time. All 3 times the call advises that it is the second attempt to execute US Treasury actions. Advises this is for a Magistrate judge or grand jury for federal criminal offenses. Advises someone - doesn't say who he is trying to contact at this number- to cooperate with us and help us help you. This was a recording on a loop.
