Looking for owner info.

This is a scam company!  Do not mess with them.  They are calling themselves Regional Credit Solutions.  They are abusive and harrassing.  They call everyone they can trying to reach you including people not related to you.  They say there is a claim against you.  they say they are filing a claim against you and you have to make a payment on some unpaid loan for an outrageous amount today.  Their practices go against every law set byt the Federal Trade Commission.  Call your local attorney general.  Put a fraud alert on your credit.  Call the Social Security office and inform them that your SS # has been compromised.  DO NOT PAY ANYTHING TO THESE PEOPLE.  They are required by law to send you something in writing, they refuse to do so.  They only want money and your information.  They can not sue you without you being officially informed.  They also use 8772166040.  They also use the company name of St. Armand .

When they call blow a whistle in their ears, scream or yell really loudly or cuss them out if that is in your nature.  That is the advice from the Attorney General both the one from my state and Virginia (which is where they are supposedly located.)  Contact the Federal Trade Commision, FBI internet crimes division (this link is listed above in a previous post) and have a fraud alert put on your credit.

I agree with frustrated! The number is (757) 777-3333 and the name on my caller ID is RCS. I keep getting voice messages from these people. I haven't answered any of the phone calls yet, the messages are unprofessional at best, who's calling and what it relates to is garbled, muttered and inaudible or just cut off of each call. Ridiculous since I don't owe anything to any one as far as outstanding bills. I won't even bother to get on the phone with them, I have more important things to deal with. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau, I suggest others do the same, I will let them know that I will accept only written communication with this company. I'm glad I came across others dealing with these morons as well. I will contact the credit agencies to put a fraud alert on my credit, and will fire off some quick letters to attorneys general, both in my state and theirs. If every one takes action instead of being a victim we can shut down these idiots.I have left this message on several sites, I think everyone deserves to know what these guys are about. Will scour the web to find as many places to post this as possible so that anyone looking for info on these guys will find it!

Threating to sue me and called and left two messages in less than three minutes.  No information from them.. Refuse to call them..  I will be making a report with the local Attorney General and the Fair Debit

These people from the number 7577773333 has been calling my cell and work numbers nonstop and they will not quit it. Made the mistake of actually talking to them, threatened me with a debt. I have encountered people like this before and there is no doubt that this is a scam.

They call daily, or twice daily... leave messages that say that my file has been turned over to them. I have no clue who they are but I have never received any information or a bill from them.

I totally agree.  I am doing the same thing because their practices are unethical.   I think we should all file a class action suit to stop these jerks in their tracks.    If you are interested, let me know.

They threatened me with court. I told 'em to "come at me." Haven't got a sumons yet. I wonder why?

They call everyday around noon looking for my husband, I told her as I do EVERYDAY that he is not home, she gets pissy and says "Is he ever home????" I said told her he works and she says something about maybe he should pay his bills. Very unprofessional.

They called here today and they have been calling off and on for some time now we do not owe anyone anything this is a scam the dumb [***] that called kept saying I was drunk and a bunch of other rude stuff I talked with the attorney general in my state he said they are being investigated I filed a complaint with the FTC and the FBI and my local attorney general I told the dumb chick that called they are being investigated that's when she started getting stupid I told her to get a real job. it is a SCAM do not give any info to anyone over the phone anyway.

I have had this problem too. When I tried to get details about what bill I supposedly owed I just kept getting rude coments about not taking care of my debts.
I tried to push for more info I only got a stupid high number and I you better pay or else....again not a origonal debt or amount when asked.
I chose not to answer them anymore...when they call my kids know the "Finance Freaks" are on the phone...

Be careful about the whistle in the phone - a bill collector claimed damages for hearing loss and won!  Hang up is the best.  Else wise - they are getting too much of your time and attention.  I am working my credit history over, and contacting debt accounts, from my credit reports.  I give them my landline number, which is hooked up to my all in one, and if the phone rings more than twice, they get fax squawk.  I also found a prepaid credit card, that allows me to create a virutal credit card number, make a payment and then expire the card after the payment is taken.  Saves me tons of misery.

These people are calling me several times a day even at my work and my parents' house. I don't owe them anything.

They are calling saying that I owe them money - I have reported it and they still continue to call - I refuse to waste anymore time responding.

Left a nearly unintelligible messge to 'call them' 'today' about some 'case number' (xxxxxx) on phone number 1-855-204-2789.  (Didn't even ask for the right name).  LIKELY SCAM ARTISTS....!!!

I got a call from them and of course they threaten me with the court issue. I made payment arrangement with them and of course the payment went in before time. Now they called and I told them that they need to change the date they ask why what happen to the money I tell them I just don't have it. Very rude and Stank. Can't believe they allow companies like this to go own. I have never received no letter from them. Only calls has been received.
