SOme dope keeps calling me from this number and hanging up. When I call back it says the number is disconnected. I think it's the scumbags from "Cardmember Services" trying to steal CC info over the phone.

This number just called and hung up after 7 seconds.  I called them back and line appeared to be disconnected.  That sure seems strange.  Stop calling!  Get a job!

I just got the call from them too, they didn't say anything or hang up. Probably the Cardmember Services scumbags, always switching numbers. I now have a contact in my phone that I add all these scam phone numbers to and have it set to automatically deny them. Every time they call from a new number I add it to that contact...still annoying.

I answer the call, then no one responds. Even if this is a scam company what kind of stupid scam hangs up on the user it wants to get info from.

I get calls from these types of people alllllll day long. It is getting real old, real fast.

I got a call from this number answered it says is Discover Card Services and that I can lower interest rate on my cards.. I don't have any Discover Cards...

the number is from card service. just check. if you are on do not call list file a complaint. and you may have to do it several times. they haven't called my house number at all this week.

If your number is on the national do not call list (donotcall.gov) and has been for over 31 days, you can file a complaint towards these numbers.  Best of luck.  The more people who know the law the better.  

Keep in mind, you must register your number yourself.  People calling and claiming to be affiliated with the national do not call list are SCAMS.

Answered the call...no one there.  I always enjoy wasting my life answering calls from no one.

I got tired of the intrusive ring on my phone from the crooks. If you add the number to your scum list they just come up with a different number later and you have a long list of useless numbers in your phone. I deal with it by setting my default to "no ring" and assign ring tones to my contact list. If it is an important call from an unknown number, they will leave a voice mail. Usually the crooks will not. Works for me.

I'm on the do not call lists both state and federal and have been for seversl years. I think they must get our phone numbers from the do not call list.

I have been receiving this RoboRachel and RoboAnne calls now for the past almost 2 years now. It used to be about ever 3 weeks I'd expect a call from her...but now it's averaging once a week. This makes the SECOND call from them today! The last one was just 1½ hours ago from phone number (616) 613-2092! I am on the federal "Do Not Call" list, along with my state's attorney general's "Do Not Call" list, but these have failed to stop these calls.

I just got a call from this number, but did not answer...Googled and found out it was yet another attempt by Rachel or Anne to lower my credit card interest rates. I have filed complaint after complaint after complaint with donotcall.gov, the FTC, and my state's attorney general's office...but alas, to no avail. I also have blocked numbers with my carrier, but it doesn't help since they spoof they numbers constantly. I have pressed "1" to speak with a rep several times...I've asked nicely, begged, pleaded, asked for a supervisor, yelled, messed with them, everything I could think of to get them to stop...but they don't and usually they disconnect my call as soon as they hear me utter the first part of "Please sto...(that's about as far as I get and the call disconnects)..p calling me.".

Sometimes I answer the call and press "1". My goal in doing so is to keep them on the line as long as possible in hopes of tying up one of their reps so someone else won't have to deal with them, and potentially have their identity stolen. In the past, the reps I spoke with asked me for my credit card information... I've told them my wallet was in my car and asked if they could hold on a few minutes. I had no intention of giving them *any* of my personal info. They have said they could call me back. I asked if there was a number I could call them back when I found my wallet. They then said, "I see you have been contacted before." I replied that I had been contacted a lot. They then said something about removing me and that "this was not the program for (me)". I then asked, "So you won't be contacting me any longer?" But they disconnected the call before I could even get the third word out of my mouth.

I hate these b*****ds!

The whole "Hang Up on Robocalls" the FCC advises us to do does not work. These asshats will never stop. This is harassment, plain and simple. I have started storing these phone numbers in my phone. Each time I get a call from a number I don't recognize, I Google and 9 times out of ten, its RoboRachel...so I've stored her numbers, bought a silent ringtone, and turned off the vibrate under their contact. Every now and then Rachel or Anne calls from the same number. Below are the numbers I've collected from her, I'd recommend storing them in your phone. At least it's a bit of reprieve from this b***s***!
