Report a phone call from 757-961-3545 and help to identify who and why is calling from this number.
- Deancalls and hangs up. Never answers when we say Hello. Numerous calls from this number.
- RaesinImages.com757-961-3545 constantly calls and hangs up or asks for a specific person whom we have no idea whom they are. RaesinImages.com is a business and as such as told by the local Sheriff to call them and report this form of harrassment, so we do for each caller of this nature.
For those of you that don't know it anyone can get a temp number with any business name on it and then change that daily, so please beware of these illegally operating collection and other agencies of this nature and #57 or *57 them each time anyone you don't know calls. Eventually the scam division of their local jurisdiction will be contacted.- Caller: Collection Agency
- cri received a hang-up call from this number

Irritating Scumbags as usual!! - DeaconConstant calls to cell and home phones. These loosers don't quit!
- AnonymHere's what we are doing with these numbers, and it doesn't cost a cent...
Right after I report them to these two sites:
https://www.donotcall.gov/
http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm
I promptly pick up my phone (I am a comcast cable phone subscriber) and I hit *60 on my phone and that takes me to my handy call screening list and I add the number that just called me to my list of callers that I don't take calls from. I also have turned on my Anonymous Call Rejection which is *77 for comcast phone users. Just doing these two things has made a MASSIVE dent in the amount of these rediculous calls that I get. Reporting them may make the government do something about these bottom feeders one day, but I am getting my own brand of peace and quiet NOW one ignored number at a time! I do believe that all of the cable phone providers (and maybe other types of phone service not sure though, so check with whoever you get your phone service from, be it cell or land lines!) have these services bundled into your phone packages as a part of your monthly charges at no additional cost, and let me tell ya, it's worth it to take the 5 seconds it takes to add those numbers when they call, and to be honest, I think I would pay a monthly charge to keep having the call screen feature on my phone!- Caller: No idea, no message left
- CollinI get the same. They call my cell, leave annoying messages, but never answer when i pick up. I honestly wonder if they are up to something worse. Sure wish there is a better way to get rid of them, and now.
- Caller: no idea
- ANNOYED IN FLORIDAReceived a nasty call from this number... Did researching found out it was Portfolio Recovery.Debt Collectors. - CarlaWednesday, July 01, 2009 12:00 pm PST Just started to get calls from this company, and with a little research they are: PORTFOLIO RECOVERY ASSOCIATES INC, 120 Corporate Boulevard, Norfolk, Virginia, 23502 (757) 961-3545. They also use 39 different numbers to calls from. I usually ignore since a message is never left on my machine but today I picked up and the girl who refused to give me her name or company she called from insisted that the two people "Carolyn Johnson and Louis Patterson" she was looking for were people that I knew since my number was used as a contact number. When I told her that I have had my number for 19 years and I do not know these two people she sounded shocked and insisted that I knew them. I just hung up!!!
- Caller: PORTFOLIO RECOVERY ASSOC

PRA operates businesses that focus on the following:
Debt Purchase:
We acquire portfolios of charged-off and bankrupt consumer debt at a discount and seek to collect a multiple of our purchase price over the economic life of a portfolio. Once accounts are purchased, we sort them and attempt collection using a variety of techniques including: third party agencies, our in-house collection attorneys, and a network of third party collection lawyers.- Caller: Portfolio Recovery Services
- Blake DunningtonKeeps call Unknown caller
- Caller: Unknow
- RBThey called and asked for Jennifer so-and-so and I told them they had the wrong number. They then asked if I knew a Jennifer so-and-so, to which I said "no" and then they hung up. I felt this was a strange interaction and so plugged the number in here and, lo-and-behold, it's another creepy scoundrel. I took the advice of another responder "Sick of Calls" who has Comcast and logged this number into my call screening list, which I did not know I had, so thank you!
- Caller: Didn't identify themselves
- busymommySeveral calls from these people several times a month who leave recorded messages in Spanish. They cannot be calling for us since we don't speak a word of Spanish. How can we get them to stop?
- Caller: Portfolio Recovery
- feduptohereI have had it with these annoying types of calls. Obviously, so is the rest of the world. I found the best way to get rid of them...get a MagicJack!!! All you need is Internet access and a phone. I got my MagicJack and 5 years of service (VOIP...like Vonage...only alot cheaper) for only $110.00.
They provide most of the services offered by Comcast and Vonage.- Caller: None
- amazedandconfusedGee....according to the post above by Portfolio Recovery, they actually buy and try to collect on debts that have been discharged in a legal bankruptcy filing. Truely bottom feeders of the lowest form.
- Caller: None
