Just received a phone call from this number, but left no message, and I wouldn't answer. This isn't the only number I have gotten this type of call from.

Debt collector on a fishing expedition.  Uses a robodial that connects to the caller only after you say somethiong and wait -- the dialer says, I have a call for you,
Just tell them you never heard of whoever they are calling.

Been getting calls for the past month from this number. I've been getting calls addressed to another tenant in my building who has since moved out. I have no doubt that's who this is for. I'll be reporting it.

Get calls at least four times daily...I don't answer.  They don't leave a message.  Debt collector.  Receivablesperf shows up on caller ID

I received a call from this number who asked for me by my first name. When I said yes this is the person they hung up on me. I then called back and got a gentlement who had the audacity to tell me he's called me seven times. At this point I asked him well if you've called me seven times why haven't you left a message?" and he also hung up on me. When I called them back a 3rd time, I got a woman and I asked her what kind of collection agency asks for people then hangs up on them. The woman told me well you were screaming at the gentleman. I didn't even wait for her to finish the sentence and advised the woman not to have this agency call my number again as I am reporting to the FTC and FCC and hung up on her

Since this recession my wife and I have struggled to pay our bills (as literally ALL our clients cancelled their contracts with us). Debt collects call, and when I tell them I'm recording the conversation, most of them get VERY ticked off and hang up. They do NOT like being recorded.

The next thing I found that works is simply saying, when asked for my wife or I, to reply with "who? Sorry, we just got this number, there's no one here by that name.". Every time I've done that (very convincingly I might add), they are polite, apologize, and tell me they'll remove my number from their list. So far, they have done just that. Occasionally they'll ask me if I know the "person" (my wife or I) or anything about them. I simply tell them again "We just got this number... I never heard of that person".

I hope this helps some of you get these collectors off your backs. Hey, they have a job to do, and if they don't collect, they make very little money. Right now with jobs hard to find, they're struggling like the rest of us... some though, are just downright you-know-what's. Best wishes to all !!!  :-)

They call & never leave a message.  They ask for a certain person & then when I say there not here they hang up.  They never let you ask a question.  They call early on Sunday mornings.  They never speak to you.

The people at 757-990-8973 have been calling me for three weeks. Incredibly rude.  "Receivablesperf " shows on ID. Make them say they are removing your number and tell them they are being recorded.

they are a company called RPM - debt collectors........ dont answer them.

they called and asked for danny...i said i dont know any danny..they said yes you do..i said im sorry no danny here...then he cut me off and wouldn't let me talk and said have him call me back.. and kept repeating every time i tried to talk...im on my last nerve

i got 2 calls yesterday and twice today...phew! im glad its not a lawyer or something

Told me this was about a debt collection and provided a number to call. I've tried to call to tell them this is a mistake but line is either constantly busy or not a valid number (that rapid busy signal sound). No one is identified as the delinquent person but it isn't me since I have no delinquent payments.
