David White or Whitehoffman??? called me at work today. When I tried to call the number back it would not go through.

this is scam do not go with his games.

I have been getting phone calls (at least 100 in the last week) from various numbers looking for Janice Penn.  It sounds like some PayDay loan crap, but I've been hanging up.  This is the most recent phone number to call me.  It's a scam, don't surrender any information about yourself.  This time, they claimed it was a legal matter and they needed my name.

It is a scammer and I have turned him into a lawyer and police. This [***] aint happening.

I am getting the calls also, I have tracked him down and the police have been notified, He is in SanDiego CA and says he is with US CASH ADVANCE, 760-254-6023. He better watch his ASS, Im not playin

I got like 42 calls from this place today at my job of all places..My job called the police on them for harassment. This is a scammer and the cops are on it now.. So they better beware..Then when the cops talked to him he started jamming our phone lines at our jobs so when you answer and hang up they auto call the number back..So my boss cut the phone off and unplugged the lines. So this is what I went thru today at my job..If anyone knows of anyone that can help on this matter feel free to give some advice.

I've been getting these calls also. So they say there is a pending legal action against me so I told them to send me the paperwork through the mail. They said no no we will do it over the phone. I told them if they had all this info about me then send it in the mail as is the law in Ks. They hung up on me then I called them back asking the samething send me the info hung up on again. Called back asked if they record there phones because I wanted them to know what I was telling them. I even spelled M A I L for them. I say everyone who has been call by these people need to come together and call them non stop.  Who do I turn them into?

Why is this place calling me over and over? I told them they have the wrong number! They are harassing me please make them stop

He told me he was with a law firm...David White with Kauffman and Associates, with a middle eastern accent.

These people have been calling me none stop, telling me im being sued for bank fraud. They say they lended me money and when they went to withdraw it from my account they got an NSF charge.  Which is total [***] cuz I have no such transaction on my bank statements.  Furthermore I have called my city clerks office to see if I had any claims against me turns out that I don't.  So I know this is  a scam..But how do we stop it!!!

I have been receiving calls from this number for weeks, but have either hung up on them or rejected thier calls. Today I told them to send proof.

So got the same type of calls...SO I found thier info and harrased them back.

-- Important - This is a scam call! -- I got a call from this guy asking for the information about an employee here. He refused to send anything in writing. He claimed to be from the law firm of Hoffman & Associates. I called Hoffman & Associates and they were very nice and said that they have been receiving 100's of calls for the past 2 months about the scam these guys are running. They have contacted the police to report it. I feel sorry for Hoffman & Assoc. These guys are costing them lots of Time and Money! -- Don't give any information to these guys!!

I got a call from Justin White who stated he was a attorney with kauffman & associates stated that I got a loan with cash advance for 355.00 and i did not pay them back and they filed a law suite against me. that they will be calling my job because I used my job to get the loan . He asked me if I wanted to settle this without going to court I told him I was not giving him any money and he stated he was sending papers to my home and my job I told him go ahead sen them

The same guy called us and said the same thing the guy inded up stealing all our money out of our bank account so we disputed it thru the bank and the bank said take it up with them so we called the real company and they sai to call the FTC and report the number and all the information u have on them and that also homeland security is working on trying to stop them too so call them too

I have already contacted the FTC all 3 credit bureaus and reported someone stealing my idenity and homeland security is after them as well so call them too don't give them anything when they call me and ask for my name I tell them if u know my information then y do I need to tell u then I cuss them and tell them I'm not giving them [***] and hang up
