They have been calling my husband nonstop. Claiming we took out a payday loan which we did not. Said we have one hour to give them 600 dollars or they're going to arrest my husband on friday. They had all of our information. We changed our bank acct and am changing our numbers. Any idea how we can stop these people??????????????? These people are fakes. DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY

I got a call from this idot this morning, now since I already got a call from another number giving me the same bologna I know this a major scam and huge case for identity theft. I called him back to let him know I have already had this game played on me once and that I had already have a report filed with sherriff's office and now will be filing one with this number as well. LOL, he hung up on me. Be very aware this in not a funny matter, these people have ALL your information and your SS#, so take whatever measures you have to take to protect yourself.

This person has call my house and left messages on my voice mail claiming he has my social security number and he is going to sue me if I dont call back. I don't know who this dumb person is but if he continues to call I will persue legal actions.

They called me basically threatening me with a law suit as well as my SS#. It really had me upset because. They had my number and I was trying to figure out what it was all about, but they hung up on me. I now feel a lil bit better knowing its a scam but am frustrated that they're doing it, and action will be taken if something does occur.

Same thing here folks; they called on an 8 yr. old debt for a payday loan. They called my husband at work and said they have his SS# and will ruin him. They said if he doesn't come up with $3,000 (he may have borrowed $200) in 45 minutes they will have him arrested.

We are now calling legal services for help.

My husband had to miss a half day at work because of these snakes, he NEVER misses work . VERY UPSETTING!!  We will try to get them!
