I had several calls from this number stating that legal action against me was pending and I needed to respond immediately.  When I spoke to them I could barely understand them.   They stated I had criminal charges pending regarding a debt and I needed to resolve the issue immediately.  I asked them to send me written documentation regarding the debt, but it was too late for that.

Obviously a fraud.

I recieved a call from them on both my cell phone and my work phone regariding a legal case, but they would not elaborate as to what the actual debt/issue was. I believe they have tried to contact me using a different number before. I told the person on the phone that I filed a complaint with the FTC, and that I needed to be notified in writing and they hung up. I went to case.net to see if there was an open court case, and there was not.

This number called me and I called back they stated they are the Office of Walter, law inforcement and investigations. They stated I had a case # and cashnet is sueing me for violation of federal banking resolution, check fraud, and theft by deception. His name was Officer Steve Brown and the phone humber is 760-566-6217. I advised him that he was full of sh*t because they called my mom a few days before and he said ok ignore this and see what happens to you and your mom then he hung up on me... well I called back... to get his name (listed above) I politely advised him that i was going to report him to the FBI and that he could go f*ck himself. This is the stupidest scam i have ever heard of especially since they said it was for a loan which I haven't had in 5 yrs and check fraud which I haven't had a bank account in 10 yrs... man guess they just caught up to me LMAO stupid idiots

Indian man name officer steve brown??? enough said SCAM! he hung up on me when I confronted him about it then when I called back he screamed THIS IS A SCAM THIS IS A SCAM THIS IS A SCAM!

I got a call from this number and he says that his name is Austin Jones. He says I will go to court and be charged for writing a bad check. I know I still owe the company but had not gotten anything in writting from them is this really a scam they have all my personal info?
