On 08/27/10 at 7:51 am, I received a voice-mail on my cell phone from a "Roy Gonzalez" stating that it's urgent that myself or my attorney return his call otherwise, he wishes me luck as to what might happen in the future for ignoring the call.  On Saturday 08/28/10, I returned his call.  "Roy Gonzalez" at (760) 582-0311.  He stated he was from United Law Services and that I was facing criminal charges for taking out a Cash 1 Payday loan via the internet and proceeded to read to me an affidavit regarding the allegations against me.  This inividual knew my full name, address, internet address and last 4 digits of my social security number, which I DID NOT confirm to him that any of it was correct.  I asked that if I'm under criminal investigation or being charged, then why haven't I received a knock at my door from an officer, anything via paper, such as certified mail, etc. and to please send to me.  He stated that he couldn't send anything to me, such as the "affidavit" because I was a suspect.  I laughed and finally told him I realized that he and the call was a scam/fraudulent  attempt.  He asked if I had an Attorney and I said yes and he said to please have my Attorney call him.  After the call, I called the number back again and a guy answered "United Law Services."  I asked who I was speaking with and was told it was "James Watson."  I mentioned that he sounded East Indian and didn't believe an Eastern Indian would have such a name.  (I remembered "Roy Gonzalez" sounded Eastern Indian as well.)  Suddenly the call ended.  I called back again and asked for James Watson or Roy Gonzalez.  I said I needed the full name address of this business so that I could report it as necessary.  After that, I was told, "you're just like all the rest who don't want to pay. You're a loser, loser, loser, loser, loser" and then hung up on me.

The same people called me n threatened my daughter giving her my information n getting smart with her I see I'm not the only person there threating

I received a phone call from a Paul at United Law offices.  Advising that I owed a Pay day Loan.
I advised him I do not owe a paday loan .  I told him to send any documents on this and I will
forward to my lawyer.  He said that he could not do because these were confidentail .  Then
I knew it was a scam .  Came home and had a message on my machine with a #1-700-582-
0311 but told me I need to call his hotline at 1-760-582-0311.  I returned the call and told
him that he would be reported to the FBI. He said go for it but I wish you the best of luck.
I asked him for the pay day loan company.  Some Pay Day Fast Cash could not make it out
because of such a heavy Indian accent.  Gave me a #517-262-1095.  Called and the
gentlemen that answered said this was his cell # and these people are using it to scare other
people into paying.  Said this is a scam and not to loose any sleep over it.   These people
need help and need to get a decent job.   How can these people sleep at night knowing
that they are doing to innocent people.  Remember these people will do anything to get
money from you.  Don't pay them a penney until you have some documents sent to you
