they called me said that they would pick me up if i didn't take care of this and they want give me any information about what this is for

They called me and said they are giving me a case# and they are coming to pick me up. They have harrassed three times so for. Thyey won't give me any information

These people keep calling me. he says his name is mr. Harris. He says i owe a payday loan. He won't tell me with who or provide me with any proof that this was done or when or anything. He says he's coming to pick me up. He states he has a case #.

I have been recieving calls from Alex since April of 2010. He is from some sort of Debt Collecting agency however will not tell me the name of the company. Alex has been calling asking for someone named Joanee and when I tell him that I do not know the person he makes accusations that I am lying and to have Joanee call him back, or he makes threats of imprisionment. I have asked Alex multiple times to stop calling me however the calls have never stopped. I get anywhere from 3-5 calls per week from Alex asking for Joanee and Alex has never been corteous to me regarding the fact that I am not Joanee nor do I know them. Finally today (09/14/2010) when I talked to Alex I told him I was filing complaints.

Complaints have been filed with the FTC and the state of California's Attorney General (the 760 area code is from California). I would highly recomend placing complaints to both.

these people keep calling me saying I have a payday loa with them I DO NOT! I have payday loans but I pay on all of them. I even had a lawyer go through my make bank records on the date they said they gave it to me and it did not exist. My lawyer also talked to them and they gave her the run around. Now they are saying they are from united law firm and i am going to jail

A guy by the name of Allen Watson calls me about 3-4 times a day stating that I owe pay day loan and that if i dont pay then I'm going to go to jail. He even claims he was at my work place and used a number to change his to my work number which came through the caller ID as if he was really at my work place. He stated his attourney by the name of Roy Gonzalez that he was working for  told him to call me and if I don't resolve this matter then he's gonna come and serve me papers. I NEVER even had a pay day loan and my bank records DO NOT even show that I have ever recieved money from them, he also would not even tell me what the name of the company was until I called the phone number he stated was the attorney Roy Gonzalez 760-582-0313 and it was the same person I had just spoke with "Allen Watson" ! I am going to file a compliant and don't fall for these people.

Alice, Please tell me what happened next so I could follow the steps on what you did. Did they ever call you back again when you're lawyer spok with them?

I received a call from Nick Steven....sounded Middle Eastern requesting information on my husband. He stated that he was from United Law Services and if my husband did not call them today he would be arrested tomorrow. He would not give me specific information of what this was regarding. The number he was supposedly calling from (from caller ID) was a local number. When I called the number back, it is a disconnected number. I called my attorney and we did a conference call. The same gentleman "Nick Steven" answered the phone stating he was Paul Collins...he gave my attorney the run around wouldn't give him any information. Just stated for my husband to call him. He requested my attorney's bar code #. Needless to say he told "Paul Collins" he didn't need his barcode. "Paul Collins" became nasty and started a verbal attack.

Shortly after I received that call I received another one from someone at 888-905-2323 left a message saying it was about inappropriate access to personal information and unauthorized use of banking information and to please call for further details. She said she was from Mellman and Mellman.  I have not called them back because I searched the number online and it is another scam.

They keep calling me and telling me that I have a payday loan out and I dont . They gave me some info on it and it dosent even match what I have as a record as a bank wehn they told me what date it was . I had gotten the bank acoount a year later and now they car calling me and bugging me for something I didnt do what do I do and who do I call for help ?

I also received a call from 760-582-0313 saying I had 3 charges against me like fraud, extortion etc. I owed a debt to cash-one a payday loan company and if I would send them $500 that would settle the account but if I did not send the money the police would come pick me up and take me to court and it would cost me over $5000.00 court cost attorney fees etc. It is great to know that you can not be taken to jail just because you owe money and the company has to have written proof that that you owe that debt.

this person named allen watson has been calling saying my husband is going to jail because of a payday loan when ask for who will not say be calling for since oct.

Yes, I have also been receiving these calls and they won't stop.They call me at work,use my work phone number so I will answer my cell phone and even my work phone today as a matter of fact!! I told this supposen Lawyer Nick Stevenson not to call me any more and he still does.This has been going on for at least 2 months, more or less!! I am totally fed up! He uses 760-582-0313. I even made complaints with the FTC and the Attorney Generals. This is just going on too long. I even called the police and they can't even do anything about it!! What can we do!! They have our personal information and we can't even do anything.

Theyve been calling me toand my son-I returnd the favor and called them 276 times in one day was insulting and rude to them pissed them off they have not called back Its a scam and they got your info through payday loan apps online. I plan to call them everyday all day- the law cant do anything but I can drive them crazy.

I was called on 12/21/10 at 9:30am from (760)582-0313 they was telling me that i owe them money from a payday loan that i had never recieved ...
I was like what that is not possible, i never got any thing from a loan because i have bad credit.
The guys name was allen watson..
he said write down your case number which was something like pux4747 how is that a case number lol.This was a strange day for me and very odd. I was lost and confussed until i called a friend and she called on two way and she cursed him out over the phone. They told me that i owe $5,000..

The same happened to me. He said is name was Allen Watson.. what a joke he was.

I have received phone calls over the last 5 months from these same people, Telling me I have some type of legal charges on me and I need to contact them or be arrested at work or  home and taken to court to answer for this case. So I finally did call and there are a bunch of foreign speaking guys in the background laughing and going on. Then they start talking about all these blown up fees that need to be paid or they will have some task force or something come to arrest me. I got a bad feeling talking to these guys because of a lot of the questions they kept asking over and over. I got very angry with the smart mouths they had and started yelling at them to explain this more to me and to have whatever company I owed to get in contact with me personally. Which they didn't do. They kept saying they had taken over the account. I am a ex cop from some years back. And still believe I have a good nose for BS and scams. Does anyone else out there have more info on this company or these guys, so that they can be slammed for once and all? One of the names I received was Allen Watson and the other guy who made the initial call gave a name of Kevin Marvin. Their so called number is 760-582-0311 and they also gave a fax number where they said I had to write a statement out stating I intended to pay this money back to them on good faith. 760-284-6394  If these guys are truly scam artist, they are collecting a lot of peoples private info from somewhere and that's not good. Time to band together to crush them now!!!

This # has harressed me for 3 weeks now, they have called  my home,cell,& now work#'s,they are able to spoof off of #'s from my cell....They are unable to supply me with any info,however able to tell me that I'm being sued, & are coming to pick me up....they have all kinds of info on me......I have told them on several occasions to send me info,they have not.........I wish we were able to find these scary people before they scam the older ,or not so fast thinking folks.....I wish someone could give me an address on these scammers....I would knock on their door........

they call me about 10 times a day wont leave me alone they say they are sending someone after me if i dont pay tey tell me i have fraud and other charges they need to be stopped!

How can we put a stop to this.  I have been getting those calls for months.
