ARS National Services is a debt collector with many offices and similar names to their offices. The phone number listed is for their office in Escondido, CA. It appears through BBB listings I found that ARS is a collector for Capital One, Citibank, and PayPal Credit at Best Buy. In my case, I believe it to be for Chase Bank as well. I have not answered the phone, nor have they left messages. And they call very frequently.

This number calls me all the time I believe it is a collection attempt.

This is a debt collector. When the phone rings, a deceptive entry appears in the Caller ID display - "Rancho Mirage."

Calls, leaves no message. When I call back "Please leave a message... this mailbox is full"

I talked to them in broken german polish checz with a mix of japenese and hung up.. they didnt ask for my name and so i screamed at them in gibberish and hung up

A word of caution, especially if your old zombie debt is past the statute of limitations. Never ever admit it's your debt or make a deal to pay. Once you do that you're SOL and all of that stuff comes back to your credit report. Better to just hang up or don't answer numbers you don't recognize.
