This is associated with the 00000 callers.  They are stating that you or your attorney should return their call and God Help you if you don't.  They say you owe on payday loans and I don't have any that I owe.  I have gotten to where I don't answer the 0000 calls but this time they left a call back number and the guy said he was Steven Scott but had the heaviest Indian accent I have ever heard.  Just don't give them any information and report them to the FCC and the Do Not Call Registry.

I got a call from them today...Saying they wanted to hear back from me or my attorney. And to not egnor the call. And said his name was Richard Watson. Strange name for someone with such a thick Inidan accent. He ended this supossed business call saying If I don't call him back he wishes me all the luck for waht is going to come upon me! I owe no one any payday loans if thats what this is. I own my house and car in full...So this really sounds like a scam!

Finially got back throught to them...I was told that I had commited fruad and had pretended to be the cash advance & group. They said I was going to be served tomorrow...This is crazy. I have never taken a payday loan...I looked into one, but found it to be a big rip off! He even asked me to verifiy my SS #...but I would not.

I got the same call today, shows up on my phone as 0000. They left me a voice mail and said to contact 760-851-0932. The guy that left the message said if I do not return this call "all he could do is wish me the best of luck!" Called for hours to see what the heck was going on. Number was busy for hours. Finally got through to a Michael Carter, would love to meet somebody with that name and accent!!! Anyways basically told me the same thing, wanted my attorney info, I owe money for a payday loan, they have sent me two emails and I have not responded to them. Told me I had a court date on Feb. 11. He was able to tell my email address and where I worked. He stated that I had two choices, one to get served papers tomorrow or to pay X amount of money. He wanted me to fax a letter stating my name, credit card info and that I autorize a payment, sign and date it. I told him it would take me about hour.  He told me once I made the faxed the letter and made the payment, I would receive a letter from the court somewhere in CA stating my case was dismissed. I did not fax or call them back or do anything, about an hour went by and they were calling again.

Got this call, and could not understand what the person was saying, had to listen severial times just
to understand the number.At the end of this person message he said may God Bless You. The number came across as a Privacy Manger, but in a very heavy accented voice he gave a call back number.

They have called 3 times today and want my attorny to call them .Whata waste of time .i will report 3to fcc

I have received several calls and yes the guy said his name was Kevin Holmes.  He had a very thick accent (Indian or something.)  Same thing as everyone who wrote have me or my attorney return call regarding a on line pay day loan.  I have never asked for a online pay day loan and would never do it.  this must stop.  I called back after being hung up on and no one answered the phone.  I waited 5 mins and called back and a gentleman named Ted answered and then when I said what just happened he just hung up.  I called back again and got an answer machine which said leave a message and the message box was full.  I am ignoring them from now on.  They talked to fast to even hear the name of the Law Firm

I received this same call today from 0000 at my work X 2, and cell number.  The accent was so thick I had to ask him over and over again what he was saying.  He was very threatening that a case had been filed against me and then he said you don't know why I'm calling?  I said I have no idea why you are calling, he then said to get an explanation I had to call the Sr. Atty., Michael Carter at 760-851-0932 to settle the case otherwise by Monday it would be very bad.

Got a call on my cellphone and work today from this number and it was some idiot with an Indian accent stating that I had criminal charges filed against me in California.  Little this this idiot know that when he call my office number, he had call the State Patrol Office in my State as I'm a Police Officer.  Idiot hung up as soon as I identified myself as a Police Officer and that I had traced his number and location and was passing on the information to the State Police and FBI in California.  Guess he is probally doing an Indian rain dance by now!!!!

I got the same call this morning, some Indian dude telling me that if I don't show up in California court on Monday morning, (which is impossible because I live in Maryland) then I would be arrested from my work place Monday afternoon! I got the same story as everyone else... that I committed a crime of some sort and did an illegal money transfer, he even read off three charges that supposedly were brought against me! I tried to argue with him but the language barrier was terrible, I got out of bed and drove to the bank and got a printout of all my banking transactions since October 2010 (October is when the money was supposedly transferred) I then told the bank teller about what had happened, the bank teller told me to call and report it to the police, the officer that responded to the call told me that he's heard of this scam a million times and that I shouldn't worry about it. I've already gotten 3 more calls from this same number this morning!

These guys are a joke...even told me they were the attorney state general law office... Never even told me what company they represent... I called them constantly for an hour and really flustered them...  All i can say is good luck for what is about to unfold for you...lmfao

they call me today samething whats been going with everybody else. All zeros pop on your phone when calling.Then they sent me  4 or 5 text to my phone with number 760-851-0932 I had to call this number many times before someone answered the phone.Don't give out any info about yourself.

I got a call today from some guy named Chris Woods, with a heavy Indian accent. I to had not paid back a payday loan and he would be filing the needed paper work in the morning. And yes, he also wanted my attorney to contact him. I have made no cash advances of any kind via the internet.

Wow! I been getting this same call for about a week now. They are so demanding and get very rude when u ask for the name of the cash advance company. They told me they have 3 charges filed against me for fraud and etc. Im starting to get very pissed cause they called my job. I asked them for the name of the law firm he works for he say the Law Office of James Parker. The number always show as 0000.

Got calls from this number.. from a girl, lisa smith and another one a kevin peterson, both with thick indian accent, threatening me with  a sheriff going to my work tomorrow if i dont settle an unpaid loan, from a certain advance payloan company. left several messages to me after i spoke to them..pls.be careful and dont give any info to them..a big scam!!

I got a call this morning same story as everyone else the guy did give me a address before hanging up however the address is bogus

I got a call first thing this morning from a Emma Watson from this number. She said to have my leading attorney (off record) or myself call regarding a very important legal matter. If I did not call back then "good luck to me as events start taking place."  She even called my job and told one of my coworkers the same thing about me. She told them I was in a lot of trouble and things were going to start happening to me. Can we say harassment?  I will be curious to see if they call again.

Omg... I'm so glad i read these posts. I received a call an hour ago from the same 0000 at the end. Saying I owe them money. They verified me by my email account and saying they deposited money in my account in dec. and when they went to withdraw money it was nsf..... WHAT! They claim to be sending police to my job because i got three charges against.... Watch out for a lady named Stephaine with an indian accent.... Wow!! What a way to end the work day.... Be careful everyone......
