Just received this cal at 9:11pm on 12/27.  Fax - very irritating.

I got 3 attempts from a fax machine trying to call my home phone at 2 in the morning Dec 13, 2012

This number keeps calling my cell phone and the fax just keeps trying to send it to me. Very irritating!

Repeated calls throughout the day on Mon. Jan 13th. Very annoying since this is a business.

I receive calls from this numbers several times a week and whenever I call it back it is plays back a beeping noise similar to a busy line or fax line. It usually occurs in the early or late hours of the day.

HAVE JUST REC'D 3 CALLS AT MY JOB , VERY PISSED OFF

Its UMR Health Insurance Fax Line. Someone calling in for benefits, probably typed in the wrong fax to number.

Called UMR to notify them that this same number is calling my office line, used for patient call-ins.  The spokesperson didn't ask what number was being called, or what fax number it was that was calling my line....just stated, "thanks, I'll note that one".  No help what so ever.  However, if anyone else has problems with them, just Google UMR, and their 1-800 number should come up.  The more people who complain, maybe something will be done about this.  

There was no message left and there was no company name

It's 12 am and so far I have received 4 calls from this number. Whoever is making the calls knows exactly what they are doing. Even though I have blocked the number,  my phones rings at least one time before it stops. The constant ringing at this time of night is very disturbing; and, the person who is calling is ignorant!

This number calls 3-4 times a day, and it is a fax beep

Three calls from 763-367-3745 within twelve minutes, Mon eve. Our answering machine picks up all calls allowing a message to be left or any fax to be recieved...but neither came through.  The number rings busy when called back and obviously Google info is limited help. Please add us to the list of irritated recipients

This is most irritating at all hours of the night.  Last night was the third or fourth night this keeps happening...

I keep getting "unavailable" calls from this number to my work number.

Same here...three times in a row

I received 4 calls in a row from this number at 10:00 PM. This is absurd and I am on the do not call registry...

3 calls so far tonight, it's Saturday at 2145.  Freaking Telemarketers and scammers.
