Automated call about my credit card accounts

I want to initiate a legal proceeding against this company which they have used abusive and coarse language during a call .
They are [***] people

This is the age-old robocaller "Carmen" or "Rachel" from "Cardmember Services,"  purporting to be able to lower your interest rate on any credit card.  They are scammers. They want your credit card number so they can suck your account dry. But why do they hang up so quickly when I say, "Yes!  I want to lower my interest rate!"?  Don't I sound like a sucker?

They call continuously--at least once a day.  The caller is either "Carmen" or "Rachel"--the latest one is Carmen.  If you hold on and try to get off their call list they slam the phone down on you.

An auto dialer calls my land line and my cell phone at least once a day.  When I press one to speak to someone I am either disconnected or if I speak to a human I get disconnected within 1 minutes time.

I had the same calls from Rachael. You might get a  laugh from  this. I called them and said I am sick of hearing  her voice on my answering machine. Stop calling me. I want to smack her in the face.
