No idea who it is, but they just called a recently registered cell phone number that has been given only to relatives or used for emergency purposes.

They called and hung up before I could answer. All the caller id said was "Dominica".

Just got a call on my cell phone, rang twice, didn't pick up, no message left.  Caller ID said "Dominica."

They just robo-dial random numbers until one works.

Also just got a call, it hung up after 2 rings.

Block this number calls at weird hours, probably a scam.

I blocked the number. Don't call back or they might charge you I think it is in the British Islands.
Annoying because they call at weird times.

This is some kind of scam, the lady on the other end was talking really fast when i asked her to slow down so i could understand what she was saying she responded "can i call you right back" and never did.

Showed up on my missed calls.  I assume they are just gathering a listing of active numbers for some nefarious purpose. Happens once or twice a year.

SCAM ALERT!!! Do NOT call this as a call back and try to see who called you. This is a scam.  I was charged $3.00 on my daughter's cell phone bill.

Phone rang 2 times and hung up. Then when I called back they played techno music with please wait for the operator. Waited 15 minutes and then got disconnected.  That was 6 weeks ago.  Today I got my mobile bill and was charged $27.37 from them.  Its a SCAM line please do not call back.  Call came from Raussaue Dominica.

I was charged $15.94 and somehow was charged for 6min even tho no one picks up. I dont have international calling on my plan.

Who actually gets money and how besides cellphone company?
