Received a call at 7:40 a.m. I didn't answer it because I didn't know the number. After a little searching, I found that it is a scam.

Thanks! - just entered into my phone contacts!  called twice so far this week - once middle of night and once early morning :( luckily didn't pick up either time!

# is from Dominica--a small island country notorious for this type of phone scam.
Note:  This is made easier for them because the Carribbean countries don't have additional digits.  Easy to confuse with an American #.
