Caller dialed my cell# today, then hung up. (FYI, yes, my cell is on the Do Not Call Registry.)

called my phone at 1am... hung up after 2 rings. the ID on my cell said Dominica. i see others were called today too.

Called me at 3:27 a.m, obviously I was asleep.  But I was worried because I did not recognized this number and the reason of the call.

And 767-275-9191 0132am one ring other was one ring.  

I received call from 767-275-9196 at 3:37AM and my wife received call from 767-275-9190 at same time.  I called 767-275-9196 at 11:00AM and was put on hold.  Search showed call originated in Dominica?

Just got a call from this number and I've been getting calls from other numbers that just show up as Montserrat. This one was Dominica. Apparently this is a scam that's going around where they call, let the phone ring once or twice, then hang up (never leave a message). I guess the goal is to get you to call back where they place you on hold and can charge you per minute like a 900 number here in the States. Basically just don't call back. They tend to call at weird hours (super early in the morning). I got one call from another number at 4am. The best you can do is block the number after they've called, but it seems like they have a ton of numbers to call from.

Got a call this morning, thought it was a company calling me back, so I called the number back and it just says hold for the operator, while on hold, googled the number and found all this.  

Got a call from Dominica just now, around 1 AM. Only rang for a couple seconds so i didn't get to pick it up. Guess they do want you to call them back so they can charge you a [***] ton of money while you're on hold.

Received a call on my cell from this number...no message.  ID states Dominica.  No clue who it could be.

I wish these people would get a life, or at least take a stab at a legitimate business idea. Also wish the Do Not Call Registry wasn't bull crap.

Just received a call from 767 275 9196 no message just hung up after it rang 1x.

Got a call about 5:55 pm from (767) 275-9191. Same thing thing as others reported, rang once and no message.

Got a call from (767) 275-9190 at 10:46 pm woke me up and my husband just got another call at 11:37 from the same number who the hell are these people!!!!

Called around 10 am. Roseau, DM.

Called 11:54 AM...rang twice then disconnected.

Which I did not do. Sounds like they're using a harbor freight answering machine.
