    This is a collection agency named diversified Accounts Systems. They call and will not tell you who they are. they are a collection agency for most Hospital like piedmont in Georgia and alot of Doctors offices. They will call all hours late weekend and if you want tell them who you are they will just hang up and keep calling. They use the name Kelly alot and they can be very ugly.

    They called me and asked that I identify myself. I asked them to identify themselves first, since they initiated the call.  “I don't have time to play games" was the response and then the representative hung up on me.  

    I dialed the number on my caller ID and asked the name of the organization and they refused to tell me.

    This time I told them my full name (I believe proper etiquette is for the caller to identify him/herself) and was referred back to the same rude woman who had called the first time.  

    BEFORE I COULD TELL THEM NEVER TO CALL MY CELL (AT MY EXPENSE) AGAIN, SHE HUNG UP ON ME AGAIN. I'm pretty hot about that....

    I may or may not owe a debt, but do they think they can get me to pay it by pissing me off? I'm much more likely to pay my polite creditors....

    It's ON now.....If anyone else is put off as I am by these unprofessional sharks, please join me in my campaign to bring them down.  

    I  will:

    Send certified mail return receipt to the company's top leader, to complete my demand they never phone me again and complain about their behavior.

    Contact the alleged creditor to complain of these practices and strongly suggest they reprimand their agent, if not fire them outright.

    Call centers are expensive to operate. I think I will call them  a few times from  different numbers just to say hi--until I am satisfied that I have in creased their cost at least as much as they have increased mine  by calling  my cell. The longer they are on the line, the more it should cost them. Say hi. Share recipes.  Ask directions. Give the weather.  Avoid giving your name...

    Complain to the Better Business Bureau. They already have 8 complaints on file.

    If all that doesn't work, I think it would make a really amusing story for the local news.

    Any other unemployed, resourceful people out there willing to correct this bad behavior?

    Received a call in the middle of the day on my work cell phonefor my dad (who lives 800 miles away). The woman (and I use that term loosely) who called didn't seem to believe me that he wasn't around.  I asked for a number where he could call them back, and she said "why don't you just give me his phone number?" and I told her no, I wasn't going to be giving out his number to someone who won't identify themselves.  She then hung up on me.  I called back (yay for caller ID) and she said she couldn't release any information.  I said that was ridiculous she could at least say who they were and she identified herself as Michelle from Diversified Account Systems and said he could call back on the number I just did. I asked if she could hold her breath until that happened pretty please.  

    I then searched out the number and came across here.  Thank you Etiquette Warrior for the company number.  I called them and told them I was representing a group of 10 angry people who were all filing better business and that if the rude calls didn't cease, we were going to protest their call center on the news.  Mel (supposedly a manager) said he would deal with it accordingly.

    I called Michelle back and asked her not to breed.  Here's hoping!

    Rude, obnoxious, calling at least twice per day.  Would NOT Identify who they were, I asked them the name of their company, they will NOT tell me.  I told them if they continued harassing me I will call them every day and harass them as well.

    I TOLD HER I FOUND THEM ON THE INTERNET AND THERE WERE MULTIPLE COMPLAINTS ABOUT THEIR COMPANY.  I CALLED OUT THEIR COMPANY NAME, ADDRESS, ETC AND SHE GOT VERY UPSET WITH ME, AND HER TONE OF VOICE WAS WICKED,

    I called the number back and they wanted a Stephanie. I tried to tell her she didnt live here and to quit calling. She said this is the information they had and would keep on calling this number.and hung up on me.

    Received a call from "NONAME", 770-302-0080, asking for some women that does
    not have access to my cell phone. Told them she did not live here, she asked
    if I knew the party and there number I told them no I didn't know them. Not
    that I'd give it to them if I did. This women was rude and clearly lacked
    and common sense, or maybe lacks the brain power to think.

    These have to be some of the rudest people out there! my father took my daughter to the hospital because of a broken finger. Well about 2 month later I got a check in the mail for $50 for an insurance overpayment. So I deposited it. Who wouldn't. Well 2 days later I got a call from hospital saying my father owed them fifty dollars that was deliquent, I explained the situation and she said it was a mistake, so I sent the money back. I shouldn't have because it was their fault. Got a call from these people saying they wanted to speak to my dad and it was like pulling teeth trying to get out of the woman who they were. I told them it was my daughter and that i had sent the money back. They said they were going to mess my dads credit up if I didn't send the money back, HELLO dummy I already did. They hung up on me. Still freaking calling!!! Jerks get your [***] strt then call me~!

    I received a call from 770-302-0080 at 5:13 PM when I answered the phone on the second ring, they hung up on me. I called back to see who they were and what they wanted and was on hold for 30 minutes bwfore I finally hung up...if you call me you should at least have the courtesy to speak or at least answer when I call you back..Your message says my call is very important to you, please hold for the next available representative...then I hold for awhile to hear all our representatives are sstill busy..please continue to hold...
