This is Chase credit card #. I hate these people. They dont speak english very well and they keep tacking on late charges after we pay the bill. It is only $30.00 in june of last year but they keep saying there is a late charge because there was a balance of $1.39!

blowing up my phone all day. even though i do not have an account with chase.called the number back unable got a computer asking for my account number.

I get a call from this number twice a day.  they leave a garbled message.

Calling me every hour, leaving computer generated message. My payments with Chase are all under control, don't understand why they bother me

Yep, calling here at least 8 times today, called twice during church (glad we keep our phone on silent), left computer generated message, not saying who they are, just please return call promptly.  When trying to answer that number after church noone on other end of line.  Very aggravating!!

Circuit City is chase. That is who this

This is Chase Bank they keep calling me at work and I have ask them not too I sent them a letter asking them to stop calling me at work I am making an attempt to pay what I owe on a TV I bought from circuit City so I don't feel they should constanly call me.

they keep calling me - how can we stop them. why are they calling - no one has my # but important poeple - never strangers

I'm getting calls about 3 to 5 times a day and it started about 3 days ago.  I have no idea who this is.  I'm also on the registered DO NOT CALL list for my cell phone so they SHOULDN'T be calling.  From reading the above entries it's Chase?  I've never done any business with them so I have no idea why they call.  They also don't leave a message.

Call at least 5 times a day sometimes up to 10 times. I have an account with Chase through Circuit City. It is up to date so why they are calling is beyond me. Never leave a message and I am never going to call back unless they do.

for 2 days in a row im getting calls from these ppl @ 8am in the morning
"please hold for a very important msg"
before i get to hang up they connected me to some operator on the other end
and all they say is "hello hello" then they hang up on me.
if this is really from Chase, i dont even have an account with them.

I actually started receiving phone calls from this number this morning on my cell. So far they have called 5 times...no voicemails. I answered once b/I was getting pissed and all I got was "hello" and then they hung. I called right back & a message came on saying that I had reached Card Member Services and then asked me to enter my 16 digit account number. From what everyone posted sounds like it is Chase or Circuit City. Never have used either. I just blocked the phone number from being allowed to contact me.

They have called me at least 8 times today. I Tried to call them back and ask them to take me off their calling list, but it says the number isn't in service when I try... Here is what happens.
When I answer, there is a computer telling me my name is Lance Johnson and that I have a late payment on my circuit city credit card. I don't have a circuit city credit card, and I am most certainly not Lance Johnson. There is no way to speak to a person to tell them they have the wrong number, I have tried several times by staying on the line and waiting for an option like "To speak to a customer service assistant press__"
There is nothing.
They will just keep calling me until this guy pays off his balance of 17.61

the tax payers bail these people out and they won't work with anyone on fees or dates they call every hour don't leave any message it's amazing i just started using online bill pay and it was late from the bank sending the check did,nt matter late fee
