I just received a call saying that I owe money to a company called "Payday.com". This call showed up as Tri State Financial on my phone. He said that it would be going to my county magistrate for court filings. I have had these calls off and on from multiple #'s over the past several years. Some of the callers are kind but most are hateful and demanding. This man stated that they had to have 1/3 of what is owed for the settlement. I have been threatened up and to including a man that told me he was going to "come to my house and kill me and my family." Where and who are these people? How do I make them stop? I don't want to change my phone # as my family is elderly and it is hard for them to get used to another #. I owe no one money. The payday loans I had were more than 4 years ago and are paid in full. They make me feel as though I forgot to pay one of them. Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
