I Got ANOTHER call from the low life pieces of [***]. They are tring to rip people off. Hard working people that already don't have money. Threatening To send the police to my job because they claim i committed  fraud on a payday loan that i just received  3 days ago. Then they could not even tell me the company's name that i got the loan from. These Low life pisses on dog [***] should be thrown in jail and let some of the prisoners at the prison take advantage of them.

I got a call this morning from my childhood best friend panicked that she is getting repeated phone calls to her home phone, cell phone and employer from a "Peter" with a heavy either Asian or Middle Eastern accent.  He stated to her that she supposedly owed $400+ dollars on a payday loan that she took out several years ago, and paid on in good faith.  "Peter" has been constantly harrassing her, claiming that if she does not pay, he will see to it, that she loses her job when she is arrested at her work.  I assured her that you cannot be arrested for owing money to a creditor.  That the most that can be done, is a judgment filed against you and your employer to garnish your wages.  THIS IS A SCAM, AND THESE PEOPLE WILL KEEP GETTING AWAY WITH THIS UNTIL THEY ARE BROUGHT TO JUSTICE.  Problem is, most likely, this is an outsourced company in another country, and nothing will happen to them.  Preying on innocent Hard-Working Americans.

My fience' has bin looking to get a loan for some time now.  He has people calling him all the time telling him he is approved for. 3000, 5000, 10,0000, even up to 15,000 Dollars.  The number's that call him are 770-708-3135, 803-883-3189 and the name's are Brenda Roger's, Jhon  Watson, Jhon Wisdom, and Jhon Richards.Who can we call or write to report these scams, and is there any body who can help us get the 1000 dollar's back that we already sent to Kliemann capital manegment? That's the company that scammed us. My number is 720-357-2208. Maybe I shouldn't be putting my number out there like that but we need help, and advice. Please someone can you help me? Thank you.
