Outsourced Collection agency trying to make a buck off of others problems.

they keep calling at least 5 or more times in a row.

They keep calling  back to back at all times of the day and I am sick and tired of it

This company claims to call from Suntrust Bank. They are nothing more than a telemarketer. They continuosly call even ehen they are told not to call back and askedvto remove my name from their list. They still call and I still continue to curse them out.

Called and it was this automated woman with a British accent asking to speak with me. I hung up.

They just hang up every time I answer.... Not ever not once has anyone spoken a word!

Debt collectors trying to recover SunTrust or Wachovia debt. Claim you're being taken to court by them if you don't try to settle and admit the debt right now. Start recording them, they won't talk anymore. They will threaten you and ask for your last 4 of your ssn. They know all your info. Don't claim any of the info. If you have recently checked your credit, this is how they got your number. Be aware and record the conversation. Depending on where you are,only one party has to know of the recording and that one party can be you. I'd tell them you're recording anyways because that will get them to shut up.

Called and asked for info would not give me anything about who they are told them to quit calling still calls

They have called 8 times in 2 days.

This number has been calling me for ages, and I had never picked up because I didn't know the number. I looked it up and found this page.. So I just called them, they asked me if I was William Humpfry, and when I said no they asked me if I knew William Humpfry (I said no). They said thank you and hung up. Weird.. I didn't catch the beginning so I don't know what company it was.

Keep getting a call from 770-870-1071 and if I don't answer, I call back, and when I do, the rings once and then cut off.   Don't know who it is.

I keep getting calls from 770-870-1071.  They will call back using another number and when no one answer they just hang up and never leave a message.  My phone number is on the do not call registry which seems to do no good.

They called I answer they asked for someone with the same last name. I told them I didn't know that person and they still call. They always ask for a different first name but the same last name. I am sick and tired of them calling.

They claim l owe Verizon under my maiden name which I dont

I had them call me too except they claim l owe Verizon under my maiden name and I never even had an account with them under that name. Next time they call back in cussing them out!

First time seeing this number, didn't answer because I don't recognize the number.  How do I file complaints with FTC for another entity that calls my cell phone and home phone, then turn right around and call my sister's phone, also they use different phone numbers with same 762 area code and a 585 exchange nut last four digits are different each time.
I would like to know who and what company is giving out people's cell phone and home phone numbers, this is really getting frustrating and very irritating when both your phones start ringing at eight (8) am in the mornings and all through the day as I am a cancer patient and this is really a huge stressor for me personally and then they have the gall to call my sister and myself back to back.
If I  could, I would reach through the phone and whopp them upside the head. "The Do Not Call List Is A Joke"....F T C  you need do better.

Calls several times a day, but never leaves a message. I called back and a Divena Coles answered and said that the call may be recorded or monitored.  She would not tell me what she wanted or who she was with, just wanted to speak to the head of the house hold.  I have no idea why they are calling me.  I called back and got the same person which is odd.
