sick in the head guy, spoofing numbers, pranking, because he gets off on it

Got a call from this number.  Asked for a household member by name.  I asked what it was in reference to and was told it as a courtesy call.  When I inquired further as to whom he was calling in behalf of, the [***] hung up on me.  How is that for courtesy?

Some dimwit trying to scam people out of money in the name of donating to the FL State Troopers Association.  Asked for my husband by name (The way it's listed in the phone book).  I told him that my husband was unavailable.  He asked if I was his wife. When I said yes he went thru his little "script" really fast.  Until I started talking OVER him.  I told him we've already asked to be taken off their calling list and he hung up.  

I called back to let them know that I had reported the call and got a recording saying that the "Magic Jack Customer at 772-236-9573 is unavailable to take your call, please leave a message after the beep"

On the do not call list however that doesn't stop them.

They are exempt because they are a supposed charity...even though groups like them keep most of the money they raise...

However, they get 90% and troopers get the other 10% as reported by ch-9 tv station
