these people keep calling my place of business and saying they are from the department of crime prevention!! RIght. Pieces of garbage. I dont know who they are or why they keep calling but i really want to report them

Both my husband and I received calls today from this ph # stating that we were being sued by a Cash Advance place (which we have never obtained a loan) and had my husband's ss #, our bank information and our home address.  I will not stop until this crap is stopped.

This guy is a piece of work. Claims different names at different times. Speaks very poor English. Sounds Indian or Pakistani. Called 6-8 x daily for the last 3 months. Contacted family members and my work. Claims he is officer Steve Austin and Mike Martinez from Crime Prevention. Can't decide what his name is. He has threatened bodily harm. Number is tracked to Port St. Lucie, FL.  Metro PCs, Inc.  Nessiffer Abhaisingh 7805 NW Beacon Square Boulevard, Suite 202, Boca Raton, FL  33487. Today I contacted Port St. Lucie, FL sheriff.

guy with a terrible accent goes by the name of Adam Stone threateneing me with legal action if i don't pay him. He has called before saying his name is John from a legal firm but will not tell me the name of the firm. it is the same person that keeps calling my job and telling me that if I don't pay i'm going to jail. i'm tired of being harassed by these people.
how in the world did they get my information. i thought that was illegal. these people need to be stopped.

A man by the name of "Mike Martinez" has been calling repeatedly,  and making threats of legal action and incarceration, wanting me to make a payment to him on a loan that is currently in good standing and has never been defaulted on. I have no idea how he has attained my personal information or any of the information that was given on personal references on the application of the original loan. My loan company says do not answer any of his calls again but I feel as though charges should be put up against him, as if he was successful in his trying to illegally attain funds from me I would be out of $1100.00 dollars.
