These guys are just more of the same...total scam artists - claim a lawsuit has been filed,blah, blah, blah,...judge has sent the case to "Financial Crimes Division", blah, blah, blah...

Heavy Indian accent but claim to have names like "Alex Jones" or "Bob Smith"...

The one who called just now, asked me if I was an illegal alien, or a "N-word" and how many father's I have...it'd be funny if it wasn't such a waste of time.

However, I have now turned the tables on them...I simply block my number, *67, and call them back again and again using different names or accents and demand to know where the court house is...

same situaton.  calls numerous times per day.  stating that I have defaulted on a payday loan that I apparently received back on 4/2009.  threats with arrest and coming to my job to arrest me.  i even called my bank and got copies of statements from 3/2009, 4/2009 and 5/2009.  no such payday loan which i already knew but wanted to have proof that is a fraud and they should be stopped.  some guy that sounds like they are from india.  i asked that they send me some paper work, they could not provide any paper work.  i told them i am not paying for something that i have no proof that i owe.  very very rude, if I could find this person, i would have him arrested.

Same situation.  Just received a call from "The Indian".  Threatened with jail time -- being picked up at my place of employment and handcuffed.  etc....

Gotta luv the Montel Williams backed Money Mutual.  They are the ones that sold all my info to all these scam artists.  Of course, I am the one that was stupid enough to trust Montel.
