Got this call about a loan I did not take out

Got a call from 772-409-6079 saying something about a loan I was responsible for. Said a friend of mine used my name as a reference and that I am going to be responsible for the loan. He sounded Hindu.

Got another  call from 772-409-6079 saying something about a loan I was responsible for.

I got a call for about 2 days from ACS consolodations services says me and my mom owe a house loan that we never applied for.  He sounded Hindu and was being really rude and wouldnt give even basic info on the case.

Said a judgement against my social - called my work harrassed my boss while i was at lunch, left me a rude & demanding vm - c/b for name & addy and he told me he had a wife & hung up?

I received several calls from this number today. The frightening thing is that they had my personal information. They told me they were with FDIC. The person sounded Indian and he was very rude and persistent. I hung up on them and they called my work. I called the FDIC and they said they would never call unsolicited. They also called from 772-409-6209. When you call those numbers back, they just ring but no one answers. It shows up on Caller ID as 000-000-0000.

A man named "Dean Johnson" if that's his real name called me on my cell and left a nasty message saying he was from the legal department at ASC Consolidated services and there was a lawsuit being filed against my name. I just got back to work and there was a note on my desk from my co-worker that he had called and left a nasty message with her saying I had legal documents I needed to take care of.  He was very rude.  He sounded like maybe he was Hindu.

I keep getting phone calls at my job from a # that shows 00-00-00000 on the caller ID and he keeps saying I owe money for a loan which I never took.
I even went to my bank acct. to chk. & nothing. The guy sounds hindu you barely understand what he says and he is rude....
The [***] continued calling my job and stated to my boss that my SS# is fraudulent and that I was being investigated. He was also very rude to my co-worker. That's right he kept calling and calling and every time he got someone else on the phone he said the same story. "I'm so embarrassed"!
Thank God for this site!!! I pulled it out and printed all the complaints and gave it to my co-workers so they don't look at me funny anymore.

How do I get him to stop calling?

He finally left a phone # with the automated ans. service after hours from my job. It was 772-409-6079 but when you call there is no ans.

They just left a message and gave my social over the phone!!!! They call from a number that is all 00000000's... They say something about the United States something or other.

These people call from a number that shows up as all zeros, claim to be with the FDIC and then when you call them they say ACS, they provide a number such as (772) 409-6079 to call them back at. They are guys with strong Indian accents and they all have a bad attitude. They claim you are being sued for a loan you took out online, or in my case they say I committed fraud by using my husband's information and never paid back the loan. They don't have ANY exact date for this online loan, but they gave the company name (CashAmerica) and the amount and then told my husband all of his personal information like ss#, our old address, our bank information. I contacted CashAmerica myself and my bank and CashAmerica does NOT do online loans, so that right there tells me it's fake, and they have no record of my husband or I taking out a loan. I talked to their legal department who took all of their information and is filing a report and there may be litigation on it soon. The first thing she said was DO NOT PAY THEM ANYTHING and DO NOT CONFIRM YOUR INFORMATION with them or give them any information AT ALL! They can use that to access your accounts or commit fraud. I'm trying to get the word out about this company because it is such bull, and I would hope you all do the same!

Thank you for your information.  I was pretty much scared at my office.  I ignored all those 0's and they called my office.
They were very rude.  Fortunately for me, my wife works for a collection agency and she told me to ignore them.

this person is so very rude.  called me a foul name threatened to get me fired and now has called my corporate office.  demanding that I owe money.  very very very rude and harrassing. they called my cell six to seven times back to back as well as my work phone.  even after I requested not to call my job they kept calling back.

I have gotten the same thing and he called my sister phone and when I called back wouldn't give me any info either! WOW what the [***]. 772-409-6079 is the number

Got very harrassing calls from a bob cooper that i was default on a loan i had paid in full in march 2010, threatned me with lawsuits and felony charges. Explained i had paid tha balance and he kept calling me a liar and demanded money.

Received messages of the same sort as listed above....they are very hard to understand - and can give you no exact information regarding ANYTHING they're talking about.  Beware....I gave them no payment - they demanded I get an attorney and promised I would receive papers in the mail....

We got a call from 000-000-0000, we could not understand them hardly at all. Left us a nasty message saying we are in legal procedings over a loan that was not taken out and they did not know the county courthouse, which told me it was fake. Then they called back for my grandmother and told her she would be held accountable for my actions. We did not pay a thing and they have not called back once they could not tell me the courthouse which the documents were being sent to.

I got the same call from James Johnson this time and the last time he was Roy somebody. Same guy with the same accent, cant something be done about this crap?

I received the first phone call several months ago - scared the jeep out of me because the person calling stated that he was a federal agent  and that I was being brought up on several federal charges. He read my complete SSI # as well as my address to me. As a single parent with a small child it was more than a bit disconcerting. The man then became extremely rude and began to use profanity when I questioned his " authority ". I did say " if I were being brought up on federal charges, wouldn't they simply come arrest me ?? " I tried to tell him that I had looked into a payday advance when things were particularly bad financially, but after reading the fine print and realize that the payday advance was nothing short of legalized loan sharking , I had decided against it. The problem, I believe, is that when you look into a payday advance online, they do ask you for personal information, including reference information. I'm not sure whether the payday advance companies are selling the information to these people, or they're hacking it, but they're getting it ! Today the phone calls started again and this time they also called the references I listed on the original form, stating that they would be responsible for my debt to them. As I never took out a loan I have no debt to them and even I had taken the loan out, they could not legally hold an outside party responsible - what a load of CRAP !! They are persistant and  ruthless though. I'm going to talk to a couple of federal agencies tomorrow to find out if we have any recourse. Let me know if there is indeed a litigation around this, I'd like to be a part of it

these low lifes working for this company make me sick !  i understand we sometimes work for companies we arent fand of but this is just WRONG. they have left me messages stating that they are dea agents, the federal goverment blah blah blah !  for gods sake they can hardly speak our language and are going to call me an AMERICAN and try to hussle money from me, stupid [***] need to ask themselves is it worth their dignuty earning a living like this. at first yeah i was worried now i am just simply pissed off. WHATEVER YOU DO DO NOT LET THEM SCARE YOU OR MAKE YOU PAY !  i called them and gave them some of their own medicine and it stopped the calls for a min and today the calls started again. i hope they can be found because i have contacted an atty...
