These people are unfriendly, rude, hang up on you after making threats, and think this is ok.  The refuse to provide a name of business or address and give a post office box.

They didn't call me, but they left a card on my apt door saying URGET- please call regarding with a file number and this number as well.Isn't this illegal?

These people should be banned from doing business. They use the old threat tactics in the hopes of breaking u down.  They will not give a name or any information about themselves. They are scams from the word go.

The lady's last name appears to be Mcfall & they are located In Stuart fl.
They try & scare you by make false threats! Fl law says that if a repo co. Gives false information or comes to your house making threats or causes a disturbance that they are breaking the peace, this is very illegal & they can be sued for punitive damages. If they clam to be an officer or show you a badge they are impersonating a police officer & it is very illegal!!! Contact your local authorities, they can be arrested!!! There is nothing they can do to make you give up your vehicle. Call your loan company right away & refuse to talk to this repo company... You should go read about fl repo laws on state of fl website...

Recently bought this house and came home to find a "FINAL NOTICE" taped to my front door.  Called the number and explained all this to Samantha. She said I would not be bothered again. I do not know the people they are trying to collect from! Two weeks ago, I had some man with a Tow truck pound on my door.  Today, I find another "FINAL NOTICE".  They are ruining my new door!! No one picks up when you call the 772-489-8770 number!!

I had the same letter ...My daughter found this note on her car, someone taped it to it during the night  "Final Notice " with my other daughters name on it with a case number..   signed Samantha     no company name...on Letter....I don't know who the hell they are or what they want.. But  If I catch them on my property creeping around I will shoot !!   You are trespassing !!!

I have found, twice, notices from this people, none pertained to me, we have four cars and they left a note on my new car, not one of the old ones!!!,  I was so furious, I called right away without noticing they were closed at that time.  I left a nasty message letting them know if I find another note attached to my new car, I will call the police, I was never contacted. Today I found another one, again, I don't know the person,  I called the #phone, nobody answer. I pay all my bills on time!!!!!!, specially my car and mortgage, and I have to go thru this situations, that do not involve me or my family.  This is outrageous.
