I received a call today from this number, which shows as CTI, Inc.  The man said he was contracted to handle a deliquent Lowes bill.  He was exrtremely surprised when I told him I didn't have a Lowes Credit Card, therefore he had the wrong party!  He said it could be a mistake and hung up!  

This is an attempt to get credit information!!!  DON'T GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION!

I received a call from this number and they were asking for someone I haven't seen in over ten years, spoke to manager and was extremely rude.  She stated she got my phone number from the directory, both last names are the opposite?????

beware they are  a collection agency with a bad rep.  They are calling here for my sons x-girlfriend.  She never lived here are used this number and I could care less what they want but her collectors call here frequently now.  She has changed her number and it is unlisted

Called on a secondary line that is not listed and number never given out. Something is strange about these people.

got phone call from this number caller ID said CTI INC. Make a hadit never pick up on calls from people i don't know.

I received a call from this number and the told me I had received a ticket from the city of chicago for public drinking on october the 28th but the funny thing is I never was in chicago the 28th and Ive never even recieved a ticket from the city of chicago so I don't know what they were talking about.

i dont know who these people are but they call every day and ask for my fiancee. but i dont pick up when they call so they leave a message on my voicemail saying that they had a matter they had to speak to him on or it will be sent to review and they need a prompt response or they will termite whatever it is on his credit. mrs. libby kennedy is her name and she wants my fiancee's social number and alot of other stuff. so if anyone knows how to stop these people from calling please let me know as well as other people.

An EXTREMELY rude man calling himself "Al Gonzales" keeps calling from this number.  When I told him I wanted his supervisor's Name and number to report him harrassing me, he basically said "no", and didn't give me the name or number...  I told him I was tired of his harrassments and hung up on him.  Nasty, nasty man..... Are they legit?

SIMILAR AS SO MANY OTHERs above; often the message is garbled. Sometimes not- the calls go on and on, up to 20 each day

Asked for someone with the same last name. When I told him no one lived here of that name, he said this was the contact number given. When I reinterated that no one by that name lives here, he said thank you and hung up.

[***] ALERT - These guys called me for a Bombay furniture account that was closed oh-so-long-ago. They kept calling my job leaving VERY NASTY voicemails. I called them and told them to cease and desist from contacting me - the bill was paid in full if they continue to call, I would file a harrassment lawsuit against the caller AND the company.

8:12PM - received a voicemail from Mrs. Libby Kennedy x3265, recommendation officer w/a claim in her office stating "allegations of criminalistic activities to defraut a financial institution".  Said I had 24 hours to return a call or "auditors will do an investigation on the file".  She left a claim/file # too.  Very disturbing and harrassing call.  Who are these people?

They called looking for my estranged daughter who owes me money as well as everyone else.  They claimed she was listed as part owner of my company which angered me quite a bit as she is not.  When I told them I had disowned my daughter and could not give them any further information on her I was told that I needed to find Jesus before getting hung up on.  Well, I didn't know Jesus was missing but good luck to them in finding my daughter and getting their money!

Guy called and said I was given as a contact for this person he was looking for.  He asked names and numbers of other people that may know this person.  I didn't give him any info I just asked him his info and told him I would have people call him.  He gave me his name: Mark Wolfe and phone number to be reached at 1-866-471-7100 ext. 8971.  The number on my caller ID read:773-265-2600 Cti inc.  I asked what it was about and he said it was a legal matter.  That was all.

received a call from this number stating i owed a past due walmart bill.does any one do credit business with walmart?
she repeated the last for numbers of some one elses social security number.when i said it was not mine she hung up.who aare these strange people?

Continue to get calls from CTI at 773-265-2600.  Every person that I've spoken to has been pushy, rude and do not let you get a word in before hanging up on you.  While I DO owe on a CitiBank account and they seem to have all the appropriate information, I wonder if Citibank is aware of the kind of company that they have hired for their collections.  As a result, I told them that I WILL NOT pay CTI directly and will ONLY work with Citibank directly!

I got a call from Brenda. I don't owe ANY debts. She said I must call before 8 PM, TONIGHT. She said my first and last name clearly, and it is an unusual name. What worries me is that my Mother died recently and although she had NO debts either, my name has been published as the executor. I guess I may have to call them back... or would they just file with probate if they had a legitimate collection?

Caller wanted our son first, then my wife (wrong maiden name).  He wanted to verify social security and birth date.  Information was not given and the caller was very evasive about CTI and Regent Capital services.  If this is a collection agency, they are not playing by the rules.  I owe nothing to anybody!

called 2 days in a row.  I screen my unknown numbers, but they left no message.  I may answer next time they call and see if the call is bizzare!!!
