this number call about some case about my nephew asking for money

I received a voicemail message from alleged Investigator/Detective Diane Hendricks yesterday, 10/5/12. She stated that I am under some type of check fraud investigation and that they will be sending a warrant for my arrest. I have found out that this is a debt collection agency but I did not know the name of the company until I came to this website. I have reported them to the BBB, the FDCPA & I will be attaining an attorney to file a lawsuit against them for harassing & threatening phone calls/voicemail messages. If anyone wants to work together to make sure that this company stops using illegal collection practices, please email me at drLndar@aol.com. I will be more than happy to refer you to my attorney so that we can squash this dirty bug debt collector once & for all.
