Got a call from ATC Research, the guy said, to research my washer/dryer performance. I asked him to remove my number from their call list.

Asked for my husband by first name.  Called after 9:00 pm.  When I asked who was calling or if I could help him & what company he was with, he hung up.  Very rude guy!!  I read other comments, we did purchase a washer & dryer from Sears.  Can't believe they would have such rude people calling for them.

Guy wanted the head of household
told him i did not want what he was selling
said he was not selling anything, so i hung up.

Received a call before 8:00am. Nothing said,just a hang-up. Idiots!  Plus I'm on the do-not-call list. What gives?

Its APC Research, they just called me too on my CELL.

Not sure who it was .. they asked to talk to the man of the house.
When he took the phone he told them  were on the do not call list
and they hung up.

I am on the DO NOT CALL list.  Have google voice and no voice mail left.  I DO NOT answer unknown calls.

Called asking doing "survey" on behalf of our cable company.  Asked for "man of the house."  Then was asking questions that our cable company should know the answer to.  Hung up on them.

I checked the number and it is Air Traffic Control in Chicago ILL.

That is deliberately misleading information.

Called at 6:58 pm from Chicago, Ill. Man asked how we like our cable provider.  He did ask a specific provider's name, but I will not say which provider.  He had the correct provider, and I told him that we liked our provider.  He said okay and asked no further questions.  I did not catch his name or his company name.

Received phone call, though caller did not leave a voice mail. Placed the number in "reject" status based on reported experiences by others.

Call hang up at 505 pm PDT.  Since 2009 calls on:  Suddenlink, APC Research, sales done, CNR, BCBS Survey, public schools and administrators.  Report to FCC and FTC.  And call your local offices of your politicians and tell them time for law allowing phone companies to ban ALL robo calls, and that includes for anyone you have done business with and politicians.  It is time.  You wanted the feds out of their spying on your folks -- this is what you got.  Happy now?  There is no privacy -- get a bill passed now.
