They refused to give me their name or leave a message.  Probably a telemarketer.

The caller said his name was Josh and was very rude.  He wanted our company presidents cell phone and I said I didn't have it. He then wanted his voicemail.  I asked him what company he was calling from and he said no company. I asked what it was regarding and he said it's personal. I asked him to remove us from his calling list and he said he didn't have one.  I said I can hear other operators in the background and I have caller ID and his # now. He was extremely rude

This sounds like a someone selling stocks or business investments.(legitimate businesses that are looking for investors.)  I was a personal assistant for a CEO for 8 years and this is exactly how they act.  It got to be kind of amusing eventually. My boss would very rarely talk to them but one of the few times he did, it turned out to be a guy selling shares of Sirius radio before the merger with XM.

i Answered a called from some one asking for the owner. Caller ID said blueprint services. When I asked who was calling he said Chad from Gator Country Radio station. Obviously a total fraud.
