I got a call stating I owed for a payday loan I NEVER took out. And the "due letter" they sent me was in broken English. . .really??!?!??!???

I got a call from this guy saying i took out a payday loan in sept of 2010. which I did not. He stated we know you have no intention of paying this loan back. He says he is with cash advance went to there web site a there is a fraud alert warning post. so i am going to call the police. i did recently take out a payday loan. which i am in the process of paying back. The people sound like they are from india. hard to understand what they are even saying.

this guy has been calling me for a month about a debt that i am supposed to have with them. they have been harrassing me and even been talking nasty to me. i continue to tell him that i dont know what he is talking about but he start to tell me that they will come to my job and find me.

I laugh in the face of these idiots!  Blow a whistle or laugh in the phone and they won't call you back.  A bunch of freakin' morons!
