They just called me as well. Left a message but I accidently deleted it before listening to it.  The area code is from Illinois?  I don't know anyone in Illinois, so I don't care.  Caller ID said "COMM GROUP MITC"  no idea what that is...

It's a scam claiming that you've won a car and they know you're on the "Do not call" registry.  (yeah I did hear that part when they left the message on my answering machine.

they claim you have won something -- but never say your name although supposedly they have a form you have filled out -- give you a number to call that is different from the number they called from -- SCAM.

Received a call from 773-891-5591 at 6:54 a.m.! Woke us up on a Saturday morning and my hubby was not happy about that, being the only day he can sleep in a little later. We did not answer as it came across on caller ID as "Prize Crd Srvc". No message left on voicemail. We screen all incoming calls before answering. So many scams out there and if in doubt, let them leave a message and we will call back!
I reported this call from 773-891-5591 to the National No Call List. We have been on the list since 2007.

I just looked this up on Whitepages.com as "reverse phone #" and the service provider on this phone # is: Comcast Phone of Illinois
So I wrote Comcast of Illinois an email that a scam was coming from one of their phone #'s.
We'll see if they will do anything about it.

I have no doubt they are bill collectors and that this is some tactic they are using to get people to respond to them.

Calling at that time of day violates the Fair Credit Reporting Act.  I'm sure they are a collection agency and are bound by that law.  I would report that to your State's Attorney General's Office.
