Called my cell phone and then hung up, no voicemail.  I called from my office phone and it states to retrieve a message push 1, etc.

got a miss call on this number, but they did not leave any messages. If you call, you call because you wanted something, so leave a message next time

received a phone call at 9:28am on Sat 11/12 from this #.............no voice mail, no nothing! will not call this # back from reading last messages.....thanx!

My cell rang two times and they didnt left any message...

Received call Sunday Nov 13, 4pm, they did not leave message.

this number, which i do not recognize, called my mobile sunday, nov 13 at 5:21pm central time, no message

Same as most everyone else....got a call, no voice mail.  Bet its a scam!

dialed it back out of curiosity and got a 'Welcome to Hey Cosmo' greeting. didn't stick around after that

Called me on my cell phone at 8:31am on Sunday. Doesn't show a name. Didn't leave a message. I have gotten numerous calls from this number. I am on the DO NOT CALL list.

Received hang up call on 11/19/11  at 5:26 from 774-213-4673... didn't recognize the area code so I didn't answer.  Thought nothing of it, since they hung up after two rings.  I get a call from Anonymous on 11/21/11 at 7:16.. didn't answer because no number showed up.  I then get a call on the same day at 9:31 from 123969 (yes that is the number that showed up).. I never answer, because I don't know why a partial number showed up.  I tried to google, but came up short.. I've called my cell company to complain about these numbers.  I am on the do not call list & have never input my cell number on any websites, so I know nobody sold my contact info.. I always tell companies to call my house phone, which I never answer.  Any important matters, companies email me.

Just got a call from this no. at 4:20 pm no answer.....

had bluetooth on & I couldn't understand what they said

Rings twice, then hangs up. What was the point of that?

I think instances like this are from android/apple apps that use permissions to get your phone #
