I'd like to know who this is too

Call from 777-889-6098.  Probably in India based on the fact they called at 1:22am in the U.S (10:22am in India).  They use sophisticated computer call robots to disguise location.  By the way, if you never answer the phone, it will eventually log enough times as a dead number.  

Not much can be done unless the U.S. government wants to invest something in tracking down these overseas scammers.  They are selling overseas pharmaceuticals (you know those popups to buy Vicadin dirt cheap).. among other things, blah blah.  Verizon needs to begin to allow people to block phone calls based on area code, specific numbers, etc.  We buy the service, so let us decide who we want calling.  They have the technology to do this but our stupid Federal government will not allow this for some reason.
