This is a collection agency. They were calling for someone who doesn't live with us anymore.

I don't believe that this is a collections agency but sometimes may pose as one.
Someone from this number has called us at least four times and left a message containing only music. Odd sounding, rather seedy sounding. Twice the message was ended with a simple "Hello?" before the person hung up. Once a male voice and once a female voice. It's extremely suspicious. Just awhile ago I heard the call come in and pick up the receiver. It took awhile for the music to end and for a real person to respond. I told her to stop calling. She asked me for my phone number. I said again "stop calling". She then asked if this was the wrong number. I said "It sure must be" then I hung up. They sure don't sound like a collections agent to me.

Any number that I can not identify Anyone calling and leaving in complete messages that completely identify who they are and why they are calling I will not be returning any of their calls In fact their number will be reprted to the National do not call list and added to my srceen callers list.

its employees of a seedy collections agency in Vancouver who does collections for the government such as BC health. Total shady characters that are also very ineffective at collecting debts. Call your politicians local and provincial as you are paying these people.

I answered and a male voice said "We wish to speak with you about a business matter" I hung up. What is going on? I don't even live in BC?

Consistently these faceless people call and call and call.
What i have done in return is to block my caller id on my phone then 3 and 4 way call them. I'ts hours of fun.
Because they have so many number they use its so easy to do.

if were calling them across 3 and 4 lines each, they cant call us!

Either the world's dumbest collection agency or a scam. They call and leave garbled rambling messages asking for one name one day and another name another day. They're either mind blowingly incompetent and shouldn't be trusted with a piece of string, or scammers.

They phone every day, multiple times a day from about 9 am to 7 or 8 pm. 99% of the time there's no message. If there's a message they'll ask for a different name each time (and sometimes the person leaving the message sounds drunk).

I can't verify that it's a legitimate agency or a scam. I would advise you to not answer the phone or give them money.

Left a voice message saying they were a doctor and I needed to call their office back by 4pm. I haven’t lived in BC for over 10 years!

I have been called several times by this number on my cell phone. Calling them back, I got a recorded messaged identifying them as CPD Collections Ltd.

I answered and the lady said she was tax reveane, so asked my name and address. Didnt have my new name or my new address which isn't that new as I've been living here and doing my taxes at my new address for three years, when I said that and asked what this was about she said, oh we aren't with tax reveane we are a branch of, and this is a really important matter I need your old address. So I told her I think she's [***] me and have a good day.

This number is a calling my home phone repeatly at different times a day. Stop calling.

Just block this phone number.
