Always calling me cell phone.

I am so sick and tired of this person calling me! I hate scammers like everyone and wish they woudl stop! They call three or 4 times a day!!! Enough is enough!!!

Ita bell mobility...even if you paid the bill of a cancelled account, it takes a few days for the bank to pay them the money and they come after you for the intrest owed on these few days it takes from the bank to them.....biggest scam and joke in the world. I love my block caller button. Rogers is the same. Just block them. They have over 200+phone numbers they can use....

I too am getting these annoying calls and not only from this number but from several others starting at 7:30 in the morning. I don`t know why if you are on the "Do not call" list that we keep getting them. Anyone know???

I don't have bell...are you sure it's bell ? Dose any one know who this is ?

This number is calling me and saying that he is from CRA. and to begin with he want me to say my whole name first. Then i told him, what if you are a scammer? then he said "go to CRA website and give me a call back" then just hang up while I'm still talking. Is that the rudest way of a scammer or what?

It's not the CRA... It's CBV COLLECTION SERVICE....Depending on your phone...if you have iPhone then it won't block 1-800...and it's a robo-caller which Bell iPhone can't stop....best change your number....NEVER GIVE YOUR NAME...or ANY INFORMATION. If you do you have acknowledged the debt. Tell them to only send anything in writing.... They will then ask for the address....say to them "if you have this number then you have this address"... They will keep calling...RECORD every call and number with date and times. Ask your phone provider if they can assist you because it's harassment...they usually can except for Bell....THEY PULL CREDIT REPORTS WITHOUT WRITTEN CONSENT...They have offices across Canada...they have complaints and judgement against them by the BBB and Consumer Protection Agency. They were last order to obey the judgement or face higher fines or license being pulled.  They have NO contract with you...when they buy the debt for pennies on the dollar...the seller ie..Telus has no right to collect because the debt is no longer with Telus. Your best alternative is to ignore it. Yes it will be on your credit report but it will fall off in 5-6 years depending on where you live. Obtain a copy of your credit report. If you see that they looked into your credit...SUE them. They never follow through especially if you can prove the harassment and prove that you did not give your written consent nor a contact with them to pull your credit report. This is a breach of the Privacy Act. It's also in the Consumer Protection Act that they CAN'T say they are Telus...they must disclose who they are ie  CVB when you request to know who's calling. Anyway hope this helps.

PS..they can't call cell phone numbers by law...but they use them to get around that..

Called several times No one on the other side. Probably scammers
