    The number just called my landline (Vancouver, BC) but did not leave a message.  When I called back, a recording says it's a marketing company who called on behalf of an automobile dealership to remind about services.  There's an option to leave a message at the end to have our number removed so we will not get any future calls from them.  Sounds decent enough.

    This number called my cell phone. It is a marketing company calling on behalf of Jim Pattison car dealership to remind me to book a service appointment. When I called back, I got a recording and was able to leave a voicemail to have my number removed from their calling list.
