Esurance Roadside Assistance follow up call after battery jump start. Requested to verify service was complete and a brief survey.

Insurance call back to confirm my roadside assistance was complete.  This appears to be a sub-contracted roadside assistance company with most major insurance carriers.

Constantly calling, when I pick up it's always beeping.

Please stop calling my number! I live in Kansas - why would i need roadside assistance from someone in Massachusetts?

It is a nationwide number

Roadside assistance.  I called my insurance co. to get my car towed since it would not start.  These people called the tow service for me.  

I called them back and told them I had scheduled no service and maybe they should check the number with the customer before calling multiple times?

They also appear to use several different numbers, 3 this morning were from TN and this last one was from MA.

Really annoying, probably more so for the poor person on the side of the road not knowing what's going on 'cause their not getting updates.

When you call using different phone numbers the number should reflect that it is a call in reference to some that the person is association with ie road side check.

Survey to rate how they did on my flat tire

Calling all hours of the day and night! This is BS. Stop calling my effing phone you annoying a55 people!!! 72 times in a 4hr period is a damn shame.

Getting annoyed...my landline is constantly ringing with their repetitive calls. Always just beeps, no one talks. Calls all day even back to back, thru out the night. I haven't called for roadside assitance so I want the calls to stop. When call ,it says outbound.

I got a call, but the connection was bad, so I was only hearing every other second or so of the message.  And because it's automated, I couldn't explain it to them.
