I answered the call She/He talked around 30 minutes
little bit i understand regd PhD/ Degree programes they are offering

3) I requested to send the University URL/Links
4) I will go throgh all the rules and/or criteria for joining Education
5) They think a minute said  ok (Taken gmail Email id)
6) I didn't received any mail from that after

I get at least 4 emails every day from these criminals.

They make their money like this:

1) if you ring, you risk being reverse charged (collect)
2) if you give ANY i.d. you risk i.d. theft.
3) if you give your email they will SELL it to other spammers.

Anyway, anyone who has any idea about higher education knows that you can't buy a university diploma that's worth a dime.
Got the above mentioned text from a guy calling himself Leonor Valle who used the following e-mail address: cooperednl104@troop317naperville.org

These are notorious spammers. The service they use is through J2 Global. Call them at 888-718-2000 and tell them to cancel this customer's service. J2 Global has a very strong anti-spam policy so they should not allow this customer to use any of their services.
