I never answer calls that i don't recognize, i ducked this call and they left me a voicemail., It was some computer generated voice talking about cleaning my rugs and house. I called the number back from my work phone and it is not a working phone #. How are these people able to call me when i am on the do not call registry

They just called me too! When I tried to call them back it was not a working number either, weird.

Jannel: The same thing just happened to me. Same call offering rug cleaning.  I have all my numbers on the do not call list.  Also called the number back and it is listed as a not in service phone number.  WHAT THE HELL?!???!??!

They left me a voicemail (truncated at the start) about some sort of cleaning service. The message said to hit 1 to make an appointment. Very very annoying.

I'm in MA and I just got this phone call on my cell phone.  They hung up after three rings and didn't leave a message.  I too tried calling back and it said the phone was disconnected.

I just got a call from them on my cell, offering me rug cleaning.  I pressed 1 and got a person named "Karen".  I explained my number was on a do-not-call list.  She promptly hung up on me!

I've reported them on the FCC site.  But now that I see they may be using a fake caller ID, I wish I had set up an appointment with them and gotten a real name and phone number.

This is illegal and they should be prosecuted.

I got a call from this number at 3:45pm, while I was at work. I didn't answer it, because I didn't recognize the number.

I dialed 1 to make appt.  Confirmed company name as "Carpet Care". She hung up when I asked where the company is located. Clearly a scam.
