Message showed up on caller ID.  My number is already on the Do Not Call list.  Why isn't that working?

I always get a call from them asking if a DAVID DAILY is here. We have never had a David Daily here, never worked for us, never affiliated with our company, and yet they call every single day!!! Cant' get them to quit, they never put us on the do not call list, they say they will, but they don't, or they hang up on us when we ask!

repeated hangup calls

calls every day, sometimes hangs up, sometimes asks a bunch of stupid questions, i remind them i am still on the DO NOT CALL list to no avail.

Keep getting calls from that same number.  Here's the FIX   Their main office number is 785 799 3500.  It is Blue Valley Telemarketing..  Ask the lady who answers the phone to remove YOUR number from their internal call list and she WILL....      BYE

Keep getting calls, how do we stop it? No one on line so no way to tell them to remove #. Am on the Do Not Call Registery.

Just got a call today! Hung up immediately! No voicemail left.....figured they'd leave a voicemail or sumthing if it was important....

Asked for the boss by name

Got called 3 times this week.  No message.  I called the number back and it said that it was Blue Valley Telemarketing Service.  I left a nice message asking to be removed from their database.  We'll see in my approach works...

Hang up again. Called back and left vmail requesting removal from caller list (2nd request).

This advice works.   The lady is kind and will remove your number.

I set up my phone system to forward  calls from this number to the National Do Not Call service 1-888-382-1222 !!!

Get a call every day - I just never answer.

Just received a call... I stated my name and the caller hung up.

This was good advice. I called 785-799-3500 and they took down my number and supposedly took it off their call list.  Time will tell, but it is worth trying.

I finally answered after they had called many times and never left a message.  It was someone confirming my address for my Architectural Record magazine subscription.  They didn't ask any seedy questions (like asking to get my credit card info or trying to sell me a renewal subscription). It seemed legit, as I do have a subscription with them and the addresses they read off to me were correct.
